DME Gujarat To End Registration Process For 2nd Round For PG medical Admissions 2024 Tomorrow
Gujarat- Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission to government seats, management seats, and NRI seats in MD/MS/Diploma courses in government and self-financed medical colleges for the academic year 2024-25. In this regard, DME Gujarat has released the second round of online registration schedule for admission to first-year postgraduate MD/MS/Diploma courses for the academic year 2024-25.
Candidates, who are qualified in National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 and are eligible as per respective council and admission rules of Gujarat State, only those candidates who have registered in Round 01 can apply for admission to the courses. Meanwhile, as per the schedule, the eligible candidates should complete the online registration process by tomorrow i.e. 18th December 2024.

For Online Registration, the PIN can be purchased online from the DME Gujarat official website on payment of Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.25,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) =Total Rs.28,000/. However, it is to be noted that the candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs.28,000/- in Round 01 and have not done online registration/ documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Center after completing the online registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They only have to do document verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Center.
Meanwhile, NRI Candidates have to submit a Demand draft of Rs. 25,000/ after online application in favor of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar as a processing fee at the office of ACPUGMEC & ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only. The document verification and submission will be done only at the Office of ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.
Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at the Help Center. The candidate, himself/herself, can select the Date, time and Help Center of his/her choice for Document Verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AT HELP CENTER
List of Original Documents to be submitted-
1 Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.
2 Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees at Axis Bank.
3 All-year attempt-wise MBBS Marksheets.
4 Internship completion certificate on or before 15/08/2024.
5 Copy of NEET-PG Marksheet of the current academic year.
6 Documents showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate--compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).
7 For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.
8 For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022, should be valid for the year 2024-25.
9 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022, should be valid for the year 2024-25.
10 Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.
11 Photocopy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
12 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS outside Gujarat).
13 Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS outside Gujarat but within India (only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat).
14 Provisional Registration State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India (In case of old pass-out candidates).
ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION
1 After merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round.
2 After the choice-filling period is over, the ACPPGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging in to their own User ID.
PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST
After the registration process, ACPPGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates. Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details.
