DME Gujarat to End Special Stray Vacancy Allotment for MBBS, BDS Admissions Soon, Details
Gujarat- The Admission Committee for Professional Graduate Medical Education Courses (ACPUGMEC) is soon going to end the online special Stray Vacancy allotment and reporting process of MBBS and BDS admission for the academic year 2024.
As per the schedule, the allotment and reporting process has started from 26th November 2024 which will end on 29th November 2024. Of these, the online payment process is going to end tomorrow i.e. 28th November 2024 and the Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Center process will be done till 29th November 2024.
For all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats and Management Seats of Medical & Dental Undergraduate courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, schedule for special stray vacancy round Allotment & Reporting is as follows-

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
The candidates are instructed to follow the steps mentioned below to confirm their admission-
1 Open the website for UG admission.
2 Login into your account.
3 Check your Allotment status.
4 Print the allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in.
5 Print fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.
6 Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD Only).
7 If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and also, your fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.
8 Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with the fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank.
9 Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.
10 Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.
