All candidates have to register to participate in this counseling and will have to do fresh choice filling and locking. Candidates who wish to retain their seats in round 1 of counseling need not participate in this counseling. Candidates participating online counselling will have to remit a non-refundable amount of 1000/ by using a Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card. The candidates who have already paid processing fee need not pay again.

Candidates seeking admission in DNB Broad Specialty Post MBBS Courses (Primary) will have to qualify NEET PG 2021. For admission to Post Diploma (Secondary) seats to be filled by the state, the candidates should have qualified DNB PD-CET 2021.

TN  Health has advised the candidates to fill the choice carefully because once the choices are locked cannot be changed. Vacancy position for the courses will be available on the official websites. Admission will be made by the online counselling based on rank and by applying the rule of reservation / roster method followed by the Government of Tamil Nadu wherever applicable.

Candidates who have not registered and not made choice locking in the 1st round will not be permitted to this round of counselling. Candidates who has taken a seat and not joined the course/ discontinued in round 1 counselling are not eligible to this round of counselling.

The candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

Candidates should pay the tuition fee and should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned medical college on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the provisional allotment order. Re-allotted candidates need not pay the tuition fee again.

Candidates who are willing for re-allotment, they have to register. Then their allotted seat (allotted in round 1 of counseling) will open for choice filling in re-counselling of round 2. If the candidate gets any other seat in DNB Post MBBS/Post Diploma/2 years Diploma seat in re-allotment, then the seat allotted in round 1 of counseling will be allotted to other candidate. Re-allotted candidates must get relieved from earlier institution and join in allotted college. For not reported candidates in round 1 of counseling, the seat of round 1 treated as vacant.

The candidates have to submit their original certificates in person when joining their selected college along with the scanned copy of the original certificates.

Documents to be submitted

1. NEET PG 2021-Score Card/ DNB PD-CET 2021 score card.

2. NEET PG 2021 Admit Card /DNB PD-CET 2021 admit card.

3. Aadhar card.

4. MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate and Diploma Certificate.

5. CRRI Completion Certificate.

6. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India /State Medical Council or provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.

7. Community Certificate issued by the competent authority indicating the community status of candidates belonging to Backward Community/Backward Community (Muslim)/ Most Backward Community/Denotified Communities/ Schedule Caste/ Schedule Caste (Arunthathiyar). Scheduled Tribe candidates should produce community certificates issued by a Revenue Divisional Officer of the competent jurisdiction.

8. TNPSC/MRB (through competitive written examination) Selection & Posting Order.

9. Nativity Certificate (if applicable)with supportive documents as mentioned in clause 2(b).

10. Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.

11. A copy of receipt of Tuition fee.

12. Post Card size colour photograph (4"x6") the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG 2021/ DNB PD-CET 2021 to be uploaded.
