Dr YSR University of Health Sciences begins Web Options process of DNB Counselling for In-Service Candidates

Andhra Pradesh: Dr YSR University of Health Sciences has started the process of exercising web options for DNB counseling for in-service candidates for admissions into the competent authority quota (CQ) seats of DNB Post MBBS (3 YEARS) Degree/Post-MBBS Diploma (2 YEARS).

As per the notice, the candidates can exercise the web option up to 10.00 AM on 26.11.2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below. In-service Candidates who are not holding any PG(Medical) / DNB seat are eligible to participate in this special stray round. In-service Candidates who have been allotted any PG (Medical) / DNB seat in any Phase conducted by Dr. YSRUHS for Competent Authority Quota (CQ) are not eligible to participate in this special stray vacancy round.

If it is found that an ineligible candidate has opted, the candidature of such candidates will not be considered for allotments. The registration fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Candidates opting for DNB courses are informed that there is no limit to choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for any number of subjects and colleges if they are interested in joining as per eligibility.

Candidates must be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the printout of the saved options. Candidates are advised to exercise options in Courses and colleges in which they are really interested. If they are not interested in joining any subject or college, then they should not exercise options for the same.

One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of saving Web options. Selected Options can be slid either up or down, added and deleted. The candidate must save the web options opted for. Web options, once submitted, cannot be Edited. Web options saved but not submitted until the cutoff date and time will be Auto-submitted.

The selected candidates shall produce all the original certificates, pay the tuition fee, necessary bonds, etc., and complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process on the specified dates of admission, their admission will be canceled automatically.

The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission to the respective College. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be canceled, and action will be initiated.

University fee –

Candidates to whom the seat is allotted have to pay Rs.23,600/- for downloading the allotment letter. The payment is to be paid through a payment Gateway by using an Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). The website link is mentioned in the notice below. The University fee and other fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Categorization of “Area” –

LOCAL in short “L” - In respect of respective all Local Seats

“ANDHRA PRADESH UNRESERVED” in short “APUR” - In respect of Un-reserved seats applicable to colleges established/increased seats after 2nd June 2014

Categorization of Candidates in relation to area –

AU (Andhra University) area –

1. 15% APUR seats available after 02.06.2014

2. 85% Local seats in A.U. area

SVU (Sri Venkateswara University) area –

1. 15% APUR seats available after 02.06.2014

2. 85% Local seats in S.V.U. area

APNL (Andhra Pradesh Non-Local) –

15% APUR seats available after 02.06.2014
