Dr YSR University Of Health Sciences Issues Instructions for mop up round MBBS Admission Process

Andhra Pradesh: Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences issued instructions regarding the admission process for candidates allotted seats in the mop-up round for MBBS admission.

The mop-up round counseling for admissions into MBBS Course under Competent Authority Quota seats is completed on 09-12-2022. Candidates must report at the respective Medical Colleges on or before 3.00 pm on 12-12-2022.

The university has verified the uploaded scanned copies of the candidates for MBBS admissions. The university did not verify the original certificates of the candidates. The colleges are requested to constitute an admission Committee internally at the college level for verification of the original certificates of the allotted candidates at the time of admission and ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the eligibility criteria as per the Regulations of NMC (MCI) and Dr. YSRUHS.

The "Committee" to be constituted at the colleges shall verify all the original certificates of the candidates as the university has verified only the scanned should be brought to the university notice immediately.

The colleges are requested to admit the candidate duly following the admission procedure and on the production of original certificates and verification of allotment order of the candidates with the list available on the website https://ugcq.ntruhsadmissions.com/ugcq_principal/ and to follow the instructions given below.

The colleges are to upload the reported/not reported candidates' data on the above website by 5.00 pm on 12.12.2022 without fail. While freezing, the colleges are also instructed to check the allotments/reportings in both Phase-I & Phase II, respectively.

Instructions -

1. Candidates who have joined the All India Quota / Deemed Universities Counseling course are not eligible for Mop-up round counseling as per the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of the Government of India.

2. The joined candidates up to round 2 of AI or State Quota shall not be eligible to participate in the further rounds for All India Quota or State Quota from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.

3. All the candidates shall be informed that there is no provision for resignation from the MBBS seat.

4. All the allotted candidates in this Mop-up round shall compulsorily join in the seat.

5. Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if it is allotted. The candidates are also instructed to visit the website: https://ugcq.ntruhsadmissions.com/ for allotment status.

6. Candidates shall check their final allotment in Mop-up round web-based counseling, take the printout of the allotment letter from the web, and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the Provisional allotment letter.

7. Candidates who are allotted seat in the Mop-up round have to download the allotment order from the portal by paying a University fee of Rs. 10600 through the payment gateway and report to the allotted college with all original certificates, provisional allotment order, and provisional verification copy and pay the tuition fee and college fee.

8. The original certificates will be verified at the college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action will be initiated as per University regulations.

9. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

10. If any candidate wants to withdraw from the course after the closure of admissions in the middle of the course, the such candidate has to submit their request through the Principal of the college concerned along with a course discontinuation fee of Rs.300000 for MBBS plus GST as applicable to the university by way of demand draft drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada.

11. The requests received directly from the candidates for withdrawal from the MBBS course will not be entertained under any circumstances. Any request shall be routed through the Principal concerned only.

The following original certificates are to be verified and collected at the time of admission -

1. Original allotment order of Mop-up round counseling.

2. Print out the online application.

3. Provisional verification form.

4. Score card of NEET UG – 2022.

5. SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth.

6. Memorandum of qualifying examination marks, i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination.

7. Intermediate Transfer certificate (T.C).

8. Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate.

9. Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate).

10. Minority certificates issued by the Minority Department/ concerned Department, if applicable.

11. Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Copy of White Ration card.

12. Income and Asset certificate valid for 2022-23 (EWS).

13. Special Category certificates, if applicable, i.e. (PH/NCC/CAP/Sports/Anglo Indian).

14. Local status certificate (If migrated from Telangana State to Andhra Pradesh State).

15. Undertaking from all candidates (Enclosed).
