Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Notifies on Web Options For NEET Special Stray Vacancy Round for Management Quota candidates

Andhra Pradesh: Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences has issued a notification for exercising web options for special stray vacancy round counseling for NEET UG courses under management quota seats. The final provisional merit list has also been released.

As per the notice, the candidates can exercise the web options up to 01.00 PM on 09.11.2023 through the URL mentioned in the notice below.

All the candidates whose names are present in the list of eligible candidates for the Special Stray Vacancy round displayed on 07.11.2023 and who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per the notification dated 02.11.2023 are only eligible to exercise web options on the above-scheduled dates. List of vacancies already displayed on the University website vide notification dated.02.11.2023.

Candidates allotted seats in this special stray vacancy round should compulsorily join in the allotted seat. Candidates have to exercise web options carefully as per their priorities category-wise/college-wise. The allotments will be as per the prioritized options exercised by the candidates.

The selected candidates for the MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati, have to pay the tuition fee at the respective college at the time of admission.

Candidates will receive a message regarding the allotment of seats if the seat is allotted. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action will be initiated as per University Regulations.

Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date and time for joining as specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates and relevant bonds, if any, and pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate fails to report before the reporting date and time, the admission will be canceled automatically.

If any candidate wants to withdraw from the course after the closure of admissions, in the middle of the course, such candidate has to submit his/her request through the Principal of the college concerned along with a course discontinuation fee of Rs.3,00,000/- for MBBS plus GST as applicable and for BDS course Rs.1,00,000/- plus GST as applicable, to the University by way of demand draft drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada.

The requests received directly from the candidates for withdrawal from the MBBS course will not be entertained under any circumstances. Any request shall be routed through the Principal concerned only as per the G.O.Ms.No.72, HM & FW (C1) Dept, dated.15-07-2019.

The decision of the Competent Authority is final. Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences does not entertain or support seat blocking/ cancellation of MBBS/BDS seats. In case any student is found involved in seat blocking, legal action will be initiated against such candidate as per rules.

No candidates will be permitted to cancel the MBBS/BDS seats under Management Quota after special stray vacancy round counseling. If it is found at any stage of admission or later that they have secured admission in medical colleges of other states, joined the course. They are involved in blocking the seats under the management quota in Dr. YSR UHS, the university will initiate legal action and also inform the same to National Medical Commission for further course of action.

University fee –

The selected candidates have to download the allotment order by paying the following University fee through Payment Gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI) and report to the Principal of the allotted college along with the allotment order and original certificates before the date specified in the allotment order and pay the prescribed tuition fee at the college.

MBBS –

Private Non-Minority & Minority Professional Institutions including SVIMS(Women) (category – C (NRI)) – Rs 65600

BDS –

1. Private Non-Minority & Minority Professional Institutions (Category B1 / B2) – Rs 16100

2. Private Non-Minority & Minority Professional Institutions (category – C) – Rs 40100
