INI SS July 2023 Session: AIIMS Released List Of Shortlisted Candidates, Schedule For Department Assessment Round

Delhi: The list of candidates called for Stage II (departmental assessment) for the INI SS July 2023 Session has been released. The courses included are DM, MCh, and MD Hospital Administration. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has shortlisted candidates who appeared in the entrance examination held on 29th April 2023 and qualified in Stage- I.

These shortlisted candidates must appear for Departmental Clinical/ Practical / Lab Based Assessment through video conferencing mode only for courses at AIIMS. This shortlisted candidates list has been prepared based on details provided by the candidates at the time of online registration and as per rules mentioned in the prospectus for shortlisting candidates for Departmental Assessment.

Stage II (Departmental Assessment) dates are indicated for each course. The details of the video conferencing platform and the timing of the Assessment will be communicated to the candidates on their registered email IDs by the respective Departments.

The detailed list of candidates is enclosed in the notice below.

The above results are declared based on the latest seat position as mentioned in the Prospectus and notified vide different notices/addendum/ corrigendum published on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in for courses at AIIMS (All AIIMS).

For each course, candidates who fulfil eligibility criteria (on preliminary scrutiny subject to verification), three (3) times the number of seats advertised for all AIIMS or (2) two times the total number of seats advertised for all INIs which is higher has been called for departmental assessment (20 marks) related to the course for which the candidate has applied in the respective department for all AIIMS through video conferencing mode only. The number called may vary depending on the number of qualified candidates and tie cases.

The above candidates are required to upload the scanned copies (from 10.05.2023 to 12.05.2023) of the following certificates/documents (as applicable) on the AIIMS website (www.aiimsexams.ac.in) through My Page using their credentials for login –

1. Matriculation Certificate (Showing date of birth)

2. Graduation Certificate

3. Post-graduation certificate

4. Certificate / Documents in support of Ex-Army Personnel / Ex-Serviceman/ Commissioned Officer Including ECO, SSCO

5. Any other certificate/document as mentioned in the Prospectus for the respective courses

The facility for uploading certificates/documents will be available from 10th May 2023. The Last date for uploading Certificates/Documents is 12th May 2023 up to 5:00 PM. Hard copies/photocopies of the documents/certificates are not required to be sent to the Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi. The selected candidates must mention their subject name, subject code and candidate ID No on the top of every uploaded document page.

If the documents are not uploaded by 5.00 PM on 12th May 2023, the candidature will be considered cancelled/withdrawn, and no communication will be entertained. Therefore candidates, in their interest, are requested not to wait till the last moment to upload the necessary certificates/documents.

Admission is subject to verification of the original certificate/document per eligibility criteria published in the prospectus & subsequent notices. Candidature/Admission will be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected at any stage.
