The updated timelines aim to ensure coordinated seat allocation and effective weeding out of joined candidates across national and state levels.
As per the MCC schedule, Round 3 counselling reporting and joining period deadline is 13 February 2026; followed by the Data of joined candidates will then be shared by MCC on 14 February 2026 to facilitate the weeding process and avoid duplication of seats across counselling authorities
In parallel, state counselling authorities will conduct their Round 3 admission processes till 16 February 2026, after which the joined candidates’ data will be shared with MCC.
The last date of joining for Round 3 has been fixed as 13 February 2026 for AIQ and 19 February 2026 for state quotas. Below is the detailed schedule-
