JIPMER Releases Counselling Schedule For INI CET July 2023 Session

Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has released the counselling schedule for INI CET (MD/MS/MDS/INTEGRATED 6-YEAR MCH) July 2023 Session.

For candidates who choose Option 1 in the first counselling (accepted the seat):

(Admission process will span over a minimum of two working days.)

a. Tasks to be completed before reaching the admission venue:

1. Complete the Health-Care Professional ID Registration:

NDHM / ABDM (Health-Care Professional ID Registration) is mandatory for all newly joined Junior Residents.

Steps for registration in NDHM / ABDM (Health-Care Professional ID Registration:

Step 1: Click the below mentioned link to Register 'Professional Healthcare ID'

Step 2: Click on 'Create Your Healthcare Professional ID now'. Step 3: Click on 'I am Healthcare Professional'.

Step 4: Click on 'Generate via Aadhaar'. Step 5: Enter your Aadhaar Number.

Step 6: Click on 'I agree' & Click on 'Submit'.

Step 7: You will get 6 digits 'OTP' to your Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number. Step 8: Enter the OTP and Click 'Login'.

Step 9: After logging in, enter your Mobile Number.

Step 10: You will again get a 6-digit 'OTP' on your mobile number. Step 11: Enter OTP & Click on Login.

Step 12: After logging in, create your 'User Name' & 'Password' (Password must be 8 characters, Upper case, lower case, Alphanumeric & Special character).

Step 13: Select 'I am Healthcare Professional'. Step 14: Select 'Modern Medicine'.

Step 15: Enter your email address & Click on 'submit'.

Step 16: After Submitting, you will get OTP on your email for verification; after verification, your Registration will be completed and you will receive a 14-digit Professional Healthcare ID number, take a printout of this page and submit the same at the time of document verification.

2. Fill out the JIPMER e-form by clicking the link, and a printout of the completed form should be brought. https://www.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/827/68596/application.html

(Note: Name should be filled as given in MBBS degree certificate)

3. Submission of Agreement Document:

A PDF version of the agreement (Should check the Attachment) will be available on JIPMER Website. You will have to purchase a minimum of 10 rupees of stamp paper or e-stamp paper in your name, and the content emailed to you should be printed on the stamp paper. The agreement should get Notary public signature and seal. The content of the agreement, as given to, should not be modified under any circumstances. The signed agreement should be submitted to the admission team.

The candidates should not fill/write anything on the agreement form except their Name & Father/Guardian's Name. Page No. 1-5 should get signed by Notary Public, and the date of the agreement should be filled in on the day of reporting.

1. ID card form – all the fields should be filled and in block letters (Annexure-1)

2. Joining letter (Annexure-2)

3. Joining report format (Annexure-3)

4. Hostel application form (if applicable) (Annexure-4)

5. Honor Code (Annexure-5)

6. Personal information slip for processing Stipend(Annexure-6)

7. Biodata Proforma (Annexure-7)

b. On the day of reporting (For Option 1 Candidates):

The Candidates should keep the documents in the order mentioned below and handover to the verification desk when required:

1. Offer Letter (Download from INI-CET Website)

2. Seat Allocation Slip (Option exercise slip)

3. Final Registration Slip

4. Downloaded Hall Ticket

5. MBBS Degree / Provisional Certificate

6. MBBS Mark Statement

7. CRRI / Internship Completion Certificate

(Internship should complete on or before 31.07.2023)

8. Permanent /Provisional Medical Registration Certificate of MBBS Course

9. Conduct / Character Certificate from the Institute last studied

10. * Transfer (or) Migration Certificate obtained from the Institute last studied

11. Date of Birth / S.S.L.C. Certificate showing the date of birth

12. Residence Certificate/ Nativity Certificate /Aadhar/Passport/Driving License

13. Caste Certificate (in respect of OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates - Format as prospectus Part – B)

For OBC Candidates (Certificate to be issued between 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023) For EWS Candidate (Certificate to be issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023)

14. Medical Certificate in case of Orthopedic Physically Challenged (OPH) candidates

15. Photocopies of all Original Certificates

16. JIPMER e-form / Student’s Verification Form

17. Passport size colour photo – 2 Nos.

18. Honor Code (Annexure-5)

19. NDHM / ABDM (print copy)

20. ID Card Application (Annexure-1)

21. Personal information slip for processing Stipend(Annexure-6)

After successful certificate verification, you will be given a form for Medical Examination by the team. Medical Board will be available in Exam Hall :1, Third Floor (Room number 201), JIPMER Academic Centre (JAC) building. The duly signed Medical Examination report should be submitted to the admission team.

After a successful Medical Examination candidate needs to pay the Admission fee.

Complete the fee payment procedure through the SBI Collect payment portal for JIPMER at

The fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Bring a hard copy of the fee receipt on the day of reporting.

The following will be issued to the candidate after the successful completion of document verification and Medical Examination:

1. Bonafide certificate (certifying that the institute retains the original documents)

2. Provisional Admission order

Once the admission order is issued, candidates should join the department on the same day.

Submit the Hostel application form (if needed). Candidates can avail hostel facility once an admission order is issued (Subject to availability).

As per JIPMER, the academic session will commence on 1st July 2023. The filled-in joining letter and joining report forms should be submitted to the respective department office as soon as possible. The joining report will be returned by the department later through the proper channel.

If any candidate who has been allotted a seat in JIPMER chooses OPTION-1 and reports for admission in JIPMER as per the schedule given in the INI-CET result notification, his / her certificates will be retained after verification of the same. If a candidate decides to leave the seat after submission of certificates to JIPMER authorities but before completion of joining / admission formalities and getting an admission order / joining the department, he/she will be liable to pay the penalty of Rs.3 Lakhs to JIPMER. Additionally, the fee paid by him/her for admission will not be refunded.

Final Admission will be subject to the result of biometric verification.

For candidates who choose Option 2:

Candidates should submit either the certificates mentioned in the prospectus as published on INI-CET official website (www.aiimsexams.ac.in )

OR

A security deposit of Rs. 3,00,000/- as mentioned in the 1NI-CET result notification.
