Karnataka PG Medical Admissions 2025- Here's how to apply, list of required documents

Karnataka- The Karnataka Authority Examinations (KEA) has released the information bulletin regarding the applications, verification of original documents and conduct of Centralised counselling for admission to Post Graduate Medical Courses for the year 2025.

As per the Bulletin, candidates selecting Government seats (including All India quota (AIQ)) in Post Graduate Medical Courses shall furnish an undertaking that he/she shall serve the Government for a minimum period of three years after completion of the course, if the Government desires. Meanwhile, any candidate who is already holding a PG Degree in any clinical speciality shall not be eligible for admission to any Post Graduate Degree or Diploma Course.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1 The online registration process and submission of the application form for NEET PG 2025 for admission to PG Medical Degree & Diploma courses for the 2025 academic session are available at the Website.

2 Only the online application is available. Application forms cannot be submitted in an offline / printed copy by post.

3 Candidate should make sure that all information entered in the application form is correct. Applications of candidates producing false or fabricated information will not be considered and candidates may be further debarred from all counselling procedures.

4 Online information provided by candidates, like name of candidate, contact address details, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, date of birth etc during online submission of application form for NEET PG 2025 will be treated as correct and KEA will not entertain, under any circumstances, any request for change in the information provided by the candidates.

5 KEA does not edit /modify/alter any information entered by the candidates at the time of online submission of the application form under any circumstances.

6 Any request for a change in information thereafter will not be entertained and candidate(s) will have to approach the concerned counselling authority for the same. It cannot be warranted whether the concerned counselling authority shall allow the change or not. Therefore, aspirants are advised to exercise utmost caution for filling up the correct details in the registration system.

STEPS IN ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

1 Candidate creates his/her profile by entering the necessary details along with NEET PG 2025 Roll Number.

2 Candidate information, such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, NBE Score, and Mobile number, is fetched from NBE data. D

3 OTP will be sent to the candidate’s same mobile number registered with NBE. The candidate should not share the OTP with others.

4 Candidates have to enter, Eligibility Clause Code, Reservation Category, Educational Qualification, contact details, etc., which have to be entered.

5 Those who are eligible under In-service enter the same.

6 Uploading photograph, left thumb impression & signature

7 Registration fee has to be paid by the candidate by following the procedure mentioned therein.

8 Print & submit application form.

9 Candidates should make a note of the application ID / Login ID and also save it in their notebook. The Login ID or the password created during registration should not be shared with anyone; further, NBE details should also not be shared with others.

10 No request for change of details in the online application shall be entertained. l. The prescribed registration fee of Rs. 750/- (for SC/ST/Cat-1/PwD candidates), Rs. 1500/- (for General/2A/2B/3A/3B candidates) Rs.4000/- for non-Karnataka, and Rs. 7000/- (for NRI/OCI/ PIO/ Foreign Nationals candidates) should be remitted through payment gateway. 

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

1 KEA ‘PGET-2025’ Registration form duly filled (print out).

2 Photo identity and address proof document (PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card / Ration Card).

3 ‘NEET-PG 2025 Admit Card & score card issued by NBE for Medical courses.

4 SSLC or 10th Standard / equivalent marks card (For date of birth).

5 2nd PUC or 12th Standard Marks Card.

6 MBBS mark cards issued by the Universities of all phases/years.

7 Qualifying Degree certificate.

8 Provisional Degree Certificate - only to those who have passed MBBS during 2025.

9 Certificate of internship completion in Annexure 5 for candidates who have already completed an internship. (Provisional internship completion certificate will be accepted for Candidates completing their internship 31-07-2025 for MD/MS, only for the 1st round of counselling in Annexure 6).

10 Certificate from the head of the institute certifying that the Medical College from which the candidate has passed the MBBS examination is recognised by MCI.

11 State / Central Medical Council Registration Certificate. [Provisional registration certificate will be accepted only for the candidates who have passed MBBS during 2025. Permanent State / Central Medical  Council Registration Certificate to be compulsorily submitted at the time of the admission process. (Candidates who have passed prior to 2025, should compulsorily possess the Original Permanent Registration certificate and upload the same)].

12 Eligibility Certificate (Other University).

13 All the candidates are also required to produce an undertaking, taken on white paper. Further, the same undertaking obtained on Rs. 20 e-Stamps Paper brought out in the name of the candidate to the Karnataka Examinations Authority, only on submission of this document, the candidate’s admission process is stated to be completed and he /she becomes eligible for admission /allotment of User ID and Secret Key.
