KEA Releases Round 2 Post Allotment Procedure For NEET Candidates

Karnataka: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the second round post allotment procedures for UGNEET-2023 candidates.

The detailed schedule –

1. Payment of fees seat allotted candidates (if not paid earlier) - From 11.00 am on 07-09-2023 to 11-09-2023 up to 4.00 pm Working Hours

2. Deposition of original documents (at KEA, Bangalore in person) along with two sets of attested photocopies of all the documents, only by fee paid candidates. Who should submit the original documents — 07-09-2023, 08-09-2023, 09-09-2023 and 11-09-2023 10.30 am to 4.00 pm

3. Downloading of admission order after payment and after deposition of original documents - 07-09-2023 to 11-09-2023

4. Last Date for Reporting at the Allotted Medical / Dental College with one set of attested photocopies as per verification slip - 12-09-2023 before 5.30 pm

The candidates who have been allotted Government seat in Private Medical Colleges and Private seat in Private Medical colleges then only submit the original documents at KEA, Bangalore, with two sets of attested photocopies as per their eligibility.

Documents to be submitted (with Two sets of Photocopies) - 

1. UGNEET-2023 Score card and Admit Card (Two copies)

2. KEA Verification slip (Two copies)

3. Fee Paid Receipt (Two copies)

4. All Original Documents as per Verification slip (Two photocopies)

5. Annexure-1 (Two photocopies)

6. Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) (Two photocopies)

Deposition of documents: (Second Round) -

Candidates, who have been allotted Government seats in Private Medical colleges and Private seat in Private Medical colleges should deposit all the original documents at KEA, Bangalore with two set of attested photocopies as per their eligibility. (Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1 and Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) given in UGNEET-2023 Information Bulletin should also be submitted.) Sri Madhusudhan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research college bond is hosted on the KEA Website. Further, only the candidates are allowed inside the KEA premises for deposition of original documents.

5. Entering the college joining status on KEA portal

The following candidates should not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore but should compulsorily submit the originals at the respective college at the time of admission –

The candidates who have been allotted dental seat need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore, but they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges at the time of admission.

The candidates who have been allotted Medical seat in Government Medical Colleges need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore, but they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges along with Compulsory Rural Service bond at the time of admission.

The candidates who have been allotted Medical seat under NRI / Others quota in Private Medical Colleges need not submit the originals at KEA, Bangalore, but they must compulsorily submit the original documents at the respective colleges along with Compulsory Rural Service bond at the time of admission.

Candidates, who have been allotted seats in Government Medical Colleges, should submit all the original documents with two sets of attested photocopies as per their eligibility at the time of admission at the respective colleges. (Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1 and Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) given in UGNEET-2023 Information Bulletin should also be submitted.) (ESIC College Bond hosted on KEA Website).

Candidates who have been allotted NRI(N) / Others(Q) seats in private Medical Colleges should submit all the original documents as per their eligibility with two set of attested photocopies at the time of admission at the respective colleges. (Verification Acknowledgement slip, Annexure-1 and Annexure -9 (Rural Service Bond) given in UGNEET-2023 Information Bulletin should also be submitted.) (Rural Service Bond, and Sri Madhusudhan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research college bond hosted on KEA Website).
