Kerala PG medical admissions 2021, Apply by January 22
Kerala: Through a recent notice Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has notified about online applications for admission to the PG medical courses in the state-based medical colleges.
As per the latest update, CEE has started the online registration for the state quota seats of Kerala PG 2021 medical admission. The admission process has begun from January 15th January 2022 and can be submitted on the official website until 5 pm on January 22nd, 2022.
CEE has instructed the candidates to apply at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates seeking admission to medical and dental colleges of the state will have to fulfill Kerala PG medical admission eligibility criteria. The candidates will be shortlisted based on NEET PG 2021 score. PG medical application form 2021 will have to be filled up by candidates who fit the eligibility criteria.
The candidates will have to fill the application form carefully, pay the fee, and upload the documents before the due time. Based on details filled in, CEE will release the merit list. Candidates who secure a place in the state merit list will be called for counseling. Candidates will have to fill and lock choices for the college they wish to be allotted. Based on the availability of seats, choice of college, reservation criteria, candidates will be allotted seats.
For State Quota, 424 seats are allotted. The application fee for the general category is Rs 1000 and 500 for schedule caste and schedule tribe. The fees can be paid online. The annual fee at Government Medical College would be around Rs 66,000. The dropout candidates will have to pay a compensation of 50 lakh.
Candidates must be an Indian origin or a person of Kerala origin or a Person of Indian Origin(PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) with roots in Kerala. The candidate must have an MBBS degree or pass a certificate issued. Candidates must be registered with MCI or State Medical Council (SMC). Candidates must complete a one-year rotatory internship on or befoMarch 31st March 2021.
