KNRUHS informs on web options for Round 2 NEET PG Counselling

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) announced details related to web options under management quota for 2nd phase of NEET PG counselling. The seat matrix for management quota and competent quota, allotment list after 2nd phase of counselling under competent quota, and corrigendum to provisional final merit under management quota are also released.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options as per eligibility for admission into PG Medical Degree / Diploma seats from 8.00 am on 7-11-2022 to 8.00 pm on 07-11-2022 as per the candidate's registration and eligibility for MQ-1, MQ-2 (NRI) categories.

Candidates will have to exercise web options for the Post Graduate Medical seats as per their priority of course and colleges through https://pvttspgmed.tsche.in and allotments will be done accordingly. They will be considered only for the category/categories they have registered and are eligible for.

Non-eligibility –

1. The candidates who were allotted seats in the first phase of counselling and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

2. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the first phase of counselling are also not eligible to exercise web options.

3. Candidates admitted after the second phase of the counselling in All India Counselling are not eligible to exercise web options.

University fee - Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee by way of payment gateway online and download the allotment letter as follows - MQ1 - Rs.49600, MQ2/MQ3 – Rs.69600

Tuition fee - Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the  Government of Telangana in GO/Ms.No.20. HM&FW Dept, Dated:14-04- 2020(notified on the website) and as per relevant Hon'ble High Court orders.

Instructions to candidates - 

1. Eligible Candidates, per the provisional final merit list for Management Quota, can exercise web options for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma seats in all affiliated Medical colleges as per their interest and priority for MQ1 and MQ2 (NRI) categories as per eligibility.

2. Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus for the regulations for PG courses of KNRUHS, available on the website, before exercising web options.

3. Candidates exercising web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed tha there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web- option; candidates can exercise options for any number of subjects and colleges they candidate is interested to join as per eligibility and registration.

4. Candidates are advised to exercise options for PG seats in courses and colleges they are interested in. If they are not interested in any subject or college, they should not exercise options for the same.

5. Management Quota MQ-1 & MQ-2 (NRI) seats in Minority Medical Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. If Muslim Minority Candidates are unavailable, the seats will be allotted to Non- Muslim Minority Candidates in the Mop-up Phase of Counseling. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Management Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

6. Candidates have to exercise options for MQ1 and if eligible for MQ2 (NRI) in order of priority for course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate. Candidates have to exercise options very carefully as per their priority.

7. Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and allotted a PG seat as per their choice in the web counselling and if they do not join the course at the allotted college then they will not be eligible for exercising web - options for subsequent rounds of counselling.

8. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile when saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for detail,s read instructions to the candidates before giving options).

9. Candidates should take the printout of saved options.

10. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also directed to check their allotment status on the website.

11. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by payment gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

12. Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the last date specified on the allotment letter.

13. Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

14. Selected candidates must report at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.

15. Candidates allotted seats under the NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from an NRI relative in Original, along with a copy of the passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or passbook of the sponsor for the NRI Category respective colleges.

16. Original certificates will not be returned to the admitted candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course before the second phase of counselling. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the allotted college later.

17. Admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counselling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State Quota.

18. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.50 lakhs as per Government orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for PG Medical admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
