KNRUHS Notifies On Web Options For MBBS Special Stray Vacancy Round For Management Quota Candidates
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued notification regarding the Web-Options For Special Stray Vacancy Phase Of Counseling For Admissions Into Mbbs Course Under Management Quota
In continuation to its notifications, KNRUHS hereby notified the conduct of Special Stray Vacancy phase of web-based counseling for admission into vacant MBBS seats under Management Quota for 2023-24 after Stray Vacancy phase of counseling in affiliated Private Medical Colleges and Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences affiliated to Anurag University.
All the eligible candidates of Provisional final merit list for Management Quota on KNRUHS website subject to above conditions can exercise web options for admission into MBBS seats from 06.00 P.M. on 11.11.2023 to 06.00 P.M. on 12.11.2023 through website mentioned in the notice attached below. For eligibility criteria and regulations refer to notifications dated: 03.08.2023.
LIST OF NOT JOINED CANDIDATES AFTER STRAY VACANCY PHASE OF COUNSELING
In Stray Vacancy phase of Counselling conducted on 27th September, 79 allotted candidates out of 195 allotments made did not join the allotted seat. Hon’ble Supreme Court has accorded permission for conduct of a Special Stray Vacancy phase to fill up large number of vacant seats in the country as a special one-time measure. The Special Stray Vacancy phase has to be completed before 15.11.2023 including reporting time.
Accordingly, to prevent seat blocking, wastage of seats and in view of constraint of time, the following measures are being implemented by the University:
1. Candidates have to deposit amount approximately relevant to the annual tuition fee of category to which they want to exercise web-options i.e., ‘B’ or ‘B’ and ‘C/NRI’ Category.(security deposit)
2. Candidate’s web-options shall be considered to the specific category (‘B’ or ‘B’ and ‘C/NRI’) to which the security deposit has been credited to the University.
3. The security deposit of candidates who are allotted seats shall be transferred to the account of Principals of the respective colleges after reporting by the candidate.
4. The security deposits of candidates who are not allotted any seats shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the transfer is made.
5. The security deposit of the candidates who do not join the course after allotment as per their priority of web-options shall be forfeited.
6. In addition, Candidates are liable to pay Rs.20 lakhs as penalty and will be debarred for 3 years from KNRUHS admissions if they do not join after allotment.
7. SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT :
B – CATEGORY only : Rs. 10 Lakhs, B and C/NRI – CATEGORY : Rs. 20 Lakhs
8. The security deposit can be paid in the form of
a) Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, KNRUHS payable at Warangal.
The DD can be submitted at the Helpline center, Director of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal between 10.00 A.M. to 04.00 P.M. on 09th,10th November and before 02.00 P.M. on 11.11.2023.
b) Online transfer by way of RTGS/NEFT to the mentioned Bank Account on 09th,10th November only:
Candidates have to mail the details of transfer (along with UTR Number) to the mail id- knrugadmission@gmail.com along with candidate details in the following proforma before 02.00 P.M. on 11.11.2023
9. Candidates registered under Management Quota of KNRUHS subject to conditions mentioned below for eligibility to exercise web-options can pay the security deposit to be included for Special Stray Vacancy phase of Counselling
a) Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and joined the course (CQ and MQ) for MBBS are not eligible to exercise web options.
b) Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and have not reported/discontinued the course under Management Quota for MBBS at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.
c) Candidates who have not exercised web options in the previous phases of counseling under Management Quota for MBBS are also not eligible to exercise web options.
d) Candidates who are admitted in MBBS/BDS courses under All India Quota Counseling as notified by MCC, notified in the MCC portal as admitted in other states and candidates admitted under Dr.YSRUHS (Dr.NTRUHS) counselings (CQ and MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options.
e) Any candidate who is admitted into MBBS course in any medical college is advised not to exercise web options as it amounts to seat blocking.
f) If any candidate violates this and the same is noticed by the University at any stage/at a later date, the admission stands cancelled automatically and the candidate is liable for punishment as per law and the details shall be submitted to National Medical Commission for further course of Action.
g) Ineligible candidates as stated above shall not be permitted to exercise weboptions even if they make payment of security deposit to University.
NOTE:
1. The details of vacant seats available (seat matrix) will be placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in . Candidates can exercise web options for MBBS seats in all Medical Colleges under KNRUHS through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/.
2. In accordance with the GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated: 27.09.2022 in Management Quota B Category 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State and 15% seats are open to candidates from all over the country. 15% unreserved seats shall be allotted first followed by seats reserved for local candidates in Management Quota B category seats
3. The seats in Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences are distributed in accordance with the “Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act” ,Act no. 11 of 2018
4. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government Orders G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O.Ms.No.125, 126, 127, HM&FW (C1) , Department, Dated:22-09-2022, GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022, other Government orders, University Regulations and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and High Court orders.
5. Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available on website for Management Quota before exercising web options for the regulations.
UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay the following University fee through payment gate-way by using online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and down-load the allotment letter. For B- Category : Rs. 40,000=00, For C-Category ( NRI ): Rs. 70,000=00
TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges.
1. The tuition fee payable as notified by Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:106, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:28. 07.2023 (notified on KNRUHS web site) and G.O.Ms.No.132 HM&FW Dept Dated: 18.08.2023 for Deccan College of Medical Sciences.
2. For Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences :Tution Fee Rs:15 lakhs per annum for B Cat and Rs:22.5 lakhs per annum for C/NRI Cat as per G.O.Ms.No 40, Higher Education (UE) Dept Dated:20.06.2023
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR C/NRI CATEGORY BUT INTERESTED TO JOIN IN C/NRI CATEGORY SEAT BY PAYING "C" CATEGORY FEE CAN ALSO EXERCISE OPTIONS FOR VACANT C/NRI SEATS IN THIS PHASE OF COUNSELING. THE LEFT OVER C/NRI SEATS ARE OPEN FOR ALLOTMENT TO B CATEGORY REGISTERED CANDIDATES IF NRI REGISTERED CANDIDATE ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
2. THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR C (NRI) CATEGORY BUT ARE INTERESTED FOR ADMISSION INTO C (NRI) CATEGORY SEATS WHICH HAVE BEEN LEFTOVER SHALL NOTE THAT WHILE EXERCISING WEB-OPTIONS THEY SHOULD EXERCISE WEB-OPTIONS FOR VACANT SEATS IN B CATEGORY COLLEGES FIRST AND LATER FOR VACANT SEATS IN C/NRI CATEGORY COLLEGES IN THE ORDER OF OPTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1) Eligible NEET-UG-2023 Candidates who fulfill the conditions as mentioned above and per Provisional Final Merit List can exercise web options for vacant Management Quota MBBS seats in all Medical colleges as per their interest and priority from computer with internet connection through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/
2) Candidates exercising web-options for MBBS course are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of vacant seats in colleges the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility.
3)Management Quota B &C (NRI) seats in Un-aided Private Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim Minority Candidates only. In case Muslim Minority Candidates are not available the seats may be filled up with Non Minority students up to maximum of 30% during final Phase of counseling.
4) Candidates have to exercise options for B category and if eligible for C (NRI) category in order of their priority for category and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.
5) Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place having internet facility. Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options
6) One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.
7) Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also informed to login to check their allotment status on through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website
8) The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by using online payment gateway method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of respective college.
9) Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the the candidate will be considered as being part of seat blocking and candidate has to pay penalty of Rs.20 lakhs and also debarred for 3 years for MBBS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
10) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.
11) Candidates allotted seat under NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from NRI relative in Original along with copy of passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or pass book of sponsor for NRI Category at respective colleges.
12) Candidates have to compulsorily join at the allotted college without fail in this phase of counseling. Failure to join the course will be considered as being part of seat blocking and candidate has to pay penalty of Rs. 20 lakhs and also debarred for 3 years for MBBS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
13) Admitted candidates will have to pay discontinuation penalty amount of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders, if they discontinue the course after the Stray vacancy phase of counseling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for MBBS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
