KNRUHS Opens Web Exercising Window For Stray Vacancy Round For MBBS Admissions Under Management Quota
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) opened the web window for stray vacancy rounds for MBBS admissions under management quota 2022-23.
All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the KNRUHS website and addendums, who were not allotted any seats in the previous phases of counseling can exercise web options till 2.00 pm on 23.12.2022 through the website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ as per the candidate's registration.
Non-Eligibility –
1. The candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and joined the course under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) or Management Quota (MQ) for MBBS and BDS courses are not eligible to exercise web options.
2. The candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling under Management Quota for the MBBS course and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.
3. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the previous phases of counseling of Management Quota for the MBBS course are also not eligible to exercise web options.
4. Candidates admitted into MBBS and BDS courses in All India Quota Counseling as notified by MCC, any counselings in other states and Mop Up phases of Dr.YSRUHS (Dr.NTRUHS) counselings (CQ and MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options.
5. Candidates allotted MBBS seats in Stray vacancy counseling of All India Quota will not be considered for allotment in the Stray vacancy round of KNRUHS (options exercised will not be considered) to prevent seat blocking.
University fee -
Allotted Candidates must pay the following University fee through the payment gateway through an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.
1. For B- Category: MBBS Rs. 40,000=00
2. For C-Category (NRI ): MBBS Rs. 70,000=00
Tuition fee -
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms. No:5, HM&FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website).
Details issued –
1. In the Management Quota B Category, 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State, and 15% are open to candidates from all over the country. 15% unreserved seats shall be allotted first, followed by seats reserved for local candidates in Management Quota B category seats.
2. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government Orders G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O.Ms.No.125, 126, 127, HM&FW (C1), Department, Dated:22-09-2022, GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022, other Government orders, University regulations, and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.
3. Candidates will be considered only for the category/categories they have registered. (B/NRI), eligible and notified on the website of the merit list.
4. There is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for vacant seats in any colleges they are interested in joining as per the candidate's eligibility and registration.
5. Management Quota B &C (NRI) seats in Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim Minority Candidates only. Any seats left over at the end of the counseling shall be allotted to Non-Minority candidates.
6. Candidates have to exercise options for the B category and if eligible for C (NRI) in order of priority for the course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.
7. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile when saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details, read instructions to the candidates before giving options.
8. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counseling without fail.
9. The selected candidates will have to download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method using an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of their respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission.
10. Candidates who have deposited their original certificates and tuition fee with the University at the time of registration will have to report with an allotment letter, receipt of certificates, and tuition fee to the Principal to complete the admission process following due procedure. The original certificates and tuition fees shall be transferred to the colleges by the University.
11. Candidates who have deposited tuition fees per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court have to report to the Principal with an allotment letter and submit all original certificates and bonds to complete the admission process following due procedure. The tuition fee shall be transferred to the colleges by the University.
12. The t final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.
13. Candidates allotted seats under the NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from an NRI relative in Original, along with a copy of the passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or passbook of the sponsor for the NRI Category at respective colleges.
14. Candidates must compulsorily join the allotted college in the allotted course without fail in this phase of counseling. Failure to join the course will be considered part of seat blocking with a penalty amount of 20 lakhs applicable, and candidates will be debarred for MBBS admissions under KNRUHS for 3 years.
15. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counseling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for MBBS admissions under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
