KNRUHS Opens Window For Exercising Web Options For Mop-Up Phase Of Counseling For MBBS Admission

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) opens the window for exercising web options for the mop-up phase of counselling for admission into MBBS courses 2022-23 under management quota in affiliated private medical colleges. The seat matrix has also been announced.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the KNRUHS website who were not allotted any seats in the previous phases of counselling can exercise web options from 2.00 pm on 13.12.2022 to 2.00 pm on 14.12.2022 through website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ as per the candidate's registration and eligibility for B & C (NRI) categories.

Non-eligibility –

1. The candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and joined the course under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) or Management Quota (MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options candidates who are allotted seats in the MOP UP phase of counselling in CQ are also not eligible to exercise web options.

2. The candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling under Management Quota and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

3. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the previous phases of counselling of Management Quota are also not eligible to exercise web options.

4. Candidates admitted to All India Quota Counseling as notified by MCC, any counselings in other states and Mop Up phase of Dr YSRUHS (Dr NTRUHS) counselings (CQ and MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options.

Details issued –

1. Candidates can exercise web options for vacant MBBS seats in all Medical Colleges under KNRUHS through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/.

2. In the Management Quota B Category, 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State, and 15% are open to candidates from all over the country. 15% unreserved seats shall be allotted first, followed by seats reserved for local candidates in Management Quota B category seats.

3. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government Orders G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O.Ms.No.125, 126, 127, HM&FW (C1), Department, Dated:22-09-2022, GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022, other Government orders, University regulations and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.

4. Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available on the website before exercising web options for the regulations.

5. Candidates are informed that they will be considered only for the category /categories to which they have registered. (B/NRI) and notified on the website of the merit list.

Instructions for the candidates –

1) Eligible NEET-UG-2022 qualified candidates as per Provisional Final Merit List for Management Quota can exercise web options for vacant Management Quota MBBS seats in all Medical colleges as per their interest and priority through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/

2) No choices (number) limit for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for vacant seats in any colleges they are interested in joining as per the candidate's eligibility.

3) Management Quota B &C (NRI) seats in Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim Minority Candidates only.

4) Candidates have to exercise options for B category and if eligible for C (NRI) in order of priority for the course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.

5) Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options

6) One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile when saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details, read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

7) Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counselling without fail.

8) The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method using an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

9) Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate is not eligible for further counselling, if any.

10) The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

11) Candidates allotted seats under the NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from an NRI relative in Original, along with a copy of the passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or passbook of the sponsor for the NRI Category at respective colleges.

12) Candidates must compulsorily join the allotted college in the allotted course without fail in this phase of counselling. Failure to join the course will be considered part of seat blocking, and the University will initiate necessary legal action.

13) Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for MBBS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

University fee -

1. Allotted Candidates must pay the following University fee through a payment gateway using an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

2. For B- Category: MBBS Rs. 40,000=00

3. For C-Category ( NRI ): MBBS Rs. 70,000=00

Tuition fee -

Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:5, HM&FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website).

382 seats are allotted for the mop-up round for MBBS admission.
