MCC Extends NEET PG Round-3 Counselling Reporting Deadline
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), has extended the reporting deadline for Round 3 of NEET PG Counselling 2024. Candidates now have until 11:55 PM on February 4, 2025, to complete their reporting.
This extension was granted in response to numerous requests from candidates seeking additional time for the reporting process.
"MCC of DGHS, MoHFW is in receipt of many requests from Candidates for extension of reporting process for Round-3 of NEET-PG Counselling, 2024. Keeping in view of the said requests, the Competent Authority has decided to extend the reporting process till 11:55 PM of 04.02.2025," state the MCC notice issued on its official website.

Medical Dialogues recently reported that A group of postgraduate medical aspirants approached the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the All India Quota Round III of the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024 exam.
Approaching the top court bench , petitioners pointed out that Round III of the All-India Quota counselling for NEET-PG (AIQ round) started before the Round II of the State round of counselling concluded in certain states, especially Madhya Pradesh.
