MCC NEET Counselling Round 2 Choice Filling Deadline extended, resignation process for AFMC candidates to end Tomorrow
New Delhi- Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) through a notice has informed that such candidates who have been allotted seats through National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 Round 1 of AFMC counselling and now want to resign from the Round-1 seat allotted through MCC, can resign by tomorrow.
As per the notice, MCC has received some requests from candidates regarding resignation from NEET UG 2024 Round 1 of AFMC counselling. In this regard, MCC has informed that such candidates can resign from their Round-1 seat by 11:00 am on 11 September 2024. However, the resignation will be done without forfeiture of the security deposit, after which such candidates will be considered as part of Round-2 and will be subject to the same rules as in Round-2 of counselling.
Along with this, candidates are advised to ensure that their resignation letter is generated by the allotted college through the MCC official portal. However, if the candidates fail to do so, their resignation will be treated as ‘Null & Void’.
Meanwhile, choice filling for Round-2 is being extended till 11:55 PM on 11 September 2024. Therefore, choice locking for Round-2 will be activated at 04:00 PM on 11 September 2024 and will close at 11:55 PM on 11 September 2024.
