MP DME Releases Merit List For NEET PG, NEET MDS; User Manual For Choice Filling Released
Madhya Pradesh: The Director of Medical Education (DME MP) has released the user manual for the choice filling and choice locking process of combined PG counseling (MD/MS and MDS Course) (2023-24). The merit list for PG Medical and PG Dental has also been released.
The candidates need to visit the link dme.mponline.gov.in and click on “Post Graduation Counselling” for the Choice Filling and Locking Process of PG (MD/MS and MDS Course) Counselling (2023-24). They need to access the candidate corner by using their NEET PG/MDS 2023 Roll Number and Password and then enter Captcha and click on “SUBMIT.”
Process of choice filling and choice locking for the first round –
The candidates need to click on the choice filling option. They need to choose the option for where they want to fill their choice and then click on the “Proceed for Next” option. Before filling in choices, the candidates must read the "Instruction For College Preference Selection."
The candidates need to select the checkboxes in front of the given college list according to their choice of preference. The order of their preference will be displayed in the Selected Preference Box. The order of the preferences can be changed given in the “Selected Preferences” box by using the Move up/ move down arrow buttons as follows. Select the College in the Selected Preference Box. Use the move up/ move down arrow button to bring it to the required position. After that, click on the “Review Selected Preferences” button.
After clicking on the “Review Selected Preferences” option, the candidate’s selected/arranged preference/choices will be –
1. By selecting the option “Change College Preferences,” the candidates can go back and change their preferences or select new colleges.
2. By selecting the option “Proceed to Next Step,” the candidates can save their preference and proceed to lock your filled choices
The candidates selected college preferences will be shown on this screen, and they will receive OTP for choice locking in their registered Mobile No./Email ID; enter OTP and click the “Proceed to Lock Choices” button. If they want to change their preference at this stage, then click on the “Home” button, and come from the start to rearrange their choices.
Candidates who don’t lock their choices, their choices will not be considered for allotment. After successful choice locking, the candidates will get an SMS also in their registered mobile no. Online Counselling Choice Filling receipt will be generated. The printout of locked choices should be taken for future reference.
After successfully Choice locking, the candidate will be able to download the Choice filling receipt, and the “Choice Filing & Locking” button tracker will turn green. They can edit their locked choices through the option available in their candidate login till the schedule of choices filling and locking. If they exercise the edit option so, ensure that edited choices by them have been locked successfully. If they fail to lock their edit choices, their previously locked choices will be considered for allotment.
The merit list for PG Medical and PG Dental has also been released. For PG Medical, the NEET score is out of 800, and for PG Dental is out of 960. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notices below.
