ADVISORY

Meanwhile, MPDME has released the Madhya Pradesh State Level Joint Counselling NEET UG 2025 Advisory for Candidates for Second Phase Counselling. Below are the detailed advisories-

As per the counselling programme displayed for the second phase, in the second phase, all eligible candidates will have to compulsorily register their choice filling and choice locking on the portal within the time limit specified. The Edit option will be available till the last date and time displayed in the timetable for choice filling and choice locking. Only the last locked choice will be considered valid. In case the choice is not locked, the choice filled will not be valid and the candidate will not be eligible for allotment.

To participate in the second phase counselling on state quota seats of graduate courses, the eligible unreserved category candidates for government colleges will have to deposit Rs 10 thousand and the reserved category candidates will have to deposit Rs 5 thousand online as an advance fee before the second phase choice filling. For private colleges, all the candidates will have to deposit an advance fee of Rs 1 lakh. Candidates opting for private and government colleges will have to deposit Rs 1 lakh and NRI candidates will have to deposit Rs 10 lakh. The advance fee to be deposited before choice filling in the second phase will be adjusted in the fees deposited in the first phase by the candidates admitted through the first phase.

In the second phase, the candidates of the Scheduled Tribe category (ST category) will not be required to deposit any advance amount before choice filling for this phase of government and private medical/dental colleges, but at the time of choice locking, they will have to deposit the portal fee of Rs 100/- online.

In the second phase of counselling, local residents (Domicile) of Madhya Pradesh and candidates who are residents outside the state (Non-Domicile) will be able to do choice filling and choice locking for allotment.

In the second phase, the local resident (domicile) candidate of the state will be allotted on a priority basis. If the local resident candidate is not available in the merit list, then he will be allotted the same on a priority basis.

Candidates are advised to write down their choices beforehand before entering their options so that they do not face any confusion while filling in their choices on the portal. Candidates are advised to fill the course and college options after careful consideration and do not fill the choices of those colleges whose prescribed fees the candidates are unable to pay.

In the second phase, newly allotted candidates and candidates whose college, course or category has been upgraded are required to take admission in the newly allotted institute within the stipulated time limit (in the second phase). Even in the event of upgrading of category in the second phase in the same institute in which admission was done in the first phase, the candidate will have to complete the online admission process again in the institute.

All the allotted candidates (newly allotted and such candidates who have been upgraded in the second phase) will have to first report at the desk of the Government Nodal Officer and register their presence online by appearing in person at the allotted institute within the declared time limit (counselling time table) for admission. Thereafter, the newly allotted candidates (Fresh Allotment) in the second phase will have to get their original documents verified by the admission committee of the allotted institute.

Candidates who have been admitted in the first round of counselling will have to submit the acknowledgement of submission of documents in the previously admitted college, photocopies of the documents and admission fee of the newly allotted college (after deducting the fee deposited in the college admitted in the first round and the advance fee deposited for the second round) for admission after upgradation. In case the amount of the admission fee deposited by the candidate on the portal is in excess, it will be refunded to the candidate after the counselling is over.

If the upgraded candidate wishes to make any modification in his/her scholarship scheme options, this facility will be available to him/her.

Candidates declared eligible will have to pay the institute's admission fee (fees of eligible candidates will be adjusted under various schemes announced by the government) online, which can be done through net banking, debit card, credit card, or RTGS. Candidates can choose more than one option for payment. Candidates should ensure that the internet banking facility is available in their accounts and the number of transactions made from the account should be checked.

Increase the limit. Candidates are advised to complete the admission process as soon as possible by appearing at the allotted institute due to the short duration of the second phase of admission.

Candidates allotted in the second phase are required to enter the option of upgradation (Yes or No) for the mop-up phase at the time of admission. The second phase admission slip will be generated online only after entering the option. Candidates will be able to edit the upgradation option entered by them within the time period mentioned in the second phase time table by clicking on the Willingness for upgradation link available on the candidate login.

Candidates admitted in Phase I, who have not been upgraded to Phase II, can opt for an upgrade for the mop-up phase through the upgradation link available in the candidate login.

In case the candidates of the first phase, who have opted for upgradation for the second phase, do not do fresh choice filling and locking in the second phase, the candidate will continue to remain in the college in which he/she got admission in the first phase, but will not be eligible to opt for upgradation for the mop-up phase.

If the candidate resigns from the admitted seat within the time limit mentioned in the second phase time table, then, as per the rules, he/she will be fined Rs. 2 lakhs and will be disqualified for counselling in the next phases.

After payment of the fee, an online admission slip will be issued to the candidate by the college.

In case of a fee refund, the amount will be credited to the registered bank account of the candidate filled at the time of registration after completion of the counselling process.
