Candidates have been advised to refer to the relevant counselling handbook for detailed eligibility conditions and other instructions.

Candidates have also been advised to carefully go through the flow chart explaining the allotment process for Post Diploma DNB seats in the Final Mop-Up Round before participating in counselling.

Moreover, NBEMS has also issued an important direction to participating hospitals.

"The hospitals are strictly advised to ensure that the joining/resignation of the candidate are up to date at counseling portal https://hadmin.nbe.edu.in/pdcetadmin/doLogin and if there is any candidate resigned before the commencement of Final (Mop-up) Round, the concerned hospital has to ensure that their resignation information are updated the above counseling portal on or before 20th August 2026 for inclusion of such seat in Final (Mopup) round of counseling.
