NEET PG 2024 Exam City Allotment Slip To Be Released Tomorrow, Admit card August 8

New Delhi- Through a recent notice, the National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS) has informed that the National Eligibility and Entrance Test- Postgraduate (NEET) PG 2024 exam city allotment slip will be released on July 31, 2024. The exam city allotted to the candidates will be informed through email to all the concerned candidates.

Pursuant to the receipt of preferred test city choices, the test city allocated to candidates by NBEMS shall now be communicated to all concerned candidates through email on 31st July 2024 at their registered email IDs”, the notice stated.

The exam city allotment slip was earlier scheduled to be released yesterday.

The notice further added, “The exam centre venue in the allotted exam city will be informed through the admit card, which will be released on the NBEMS website on 8th August 2024”.

From July 19 to 23, 2024 till 11:55 pm, NBEMS had opened an online window allowing NEET-PG 2024 aspirants to opt for the preferred exam cities to take the exam.

For the NEET PG exam 2024, additional security measures are being taken by NBEMS and MoHFW (Govt. of India), therefore NEET PG will now be conducted in 185 test cities across the country.

This year's NEET-PG 2024 examination, was previously scheduled to be conducted on June 23 2024. However, the PG medical entrance test will now be held on 11th August 2024 in two shifts.

SCHEME OF NEET-PG 2024

The NEET PG exam comprises 200 Multiple Choice Questions with each question having 4 options in English only. Candidates are required to select the correct answer out of the 4 response options provided in each question. the examination time to complete the paper is 3 hours and 30 minutes. There shall be a 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
