New Delhi: The Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DG AFMS) has released an official notice regarding the submission of documents by Priority III and Priority IV candidates seeking admission to Post Graduate medical courses (MD/MS/DNB) in AFMS institutions for the academic session 2025-28.

As per the notice, the instructions are issued in reference to the Information Bulletin for PG Courses in AFMS Institutions through NEET-PG 2025 and NEET-MDS 2025, along with subsequent web notices published on the official DGAFMS website. The notice also takes into account the revised NEET-PG 2025 cut-off scores, announced by NBEMS on January 13, 2026, following the lowering of the qualifying percentile, and the AIQ and State PG counselling schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on January 15, 2026.

For candidates seeking consideration under Priority-III, it has been clarified that a Sponsorship Certificate must be forwarded to the Office of DGAFMS through the respective parent organisation. In addition, candidates must submit their NEET-PG 2025 score card and admit card.

Candidates applying under Priority-IV are required to submit their NEET-PG 2025 score card, admit card, and release order for verification.

The DGAFMS has specified that all required documents must be submitted by email no later than January 18, 2026. The authorities have clearly stated that no representations will be entertained after the deadline under any circumstances.

Following the scrutiny process, the final list of eligible Priority-III and IV candidates will be forwarded to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on January 19, 2026, for further processing in the PG medical counselling process.
