As per the official notice dated February 6, 2026, candidates can now complete Round 3 registration and withdrawal of earlier allotted seats till 5:00 PM on February 7, 2026. CENTAC has stated that SMS alerts have also been sent to candidates to ensure wider dissemination of the information. Aspirants have been advised to visit the official website or use the grievance redressal option available on their login dashboard for further clarification.
In addition, CENTAC has released the revised list of vacancies for Round 3 PG Medical counselling, covering Government Quota and Management Quota seats across various medical colleges in Puducherry, including IGMC&RI, PIMS, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College, and Sri Venkateswara Medical College.
Under the Government Quota, vacancies have been notified in multiple specialties such as General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, ENT, Dermatology, Pulmonary Medicine, Community Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, and Forensic Medicine, among others. Both clinical and pre-clinical subjects have available seats across different reservation categories.

1. IGMC&RI - 12 seats
2. PIMS - 11 seats
3. SRI MANAKULA VINAYAGAR - 16 seats
4. SRI VENKATESWARA - 12 seats
Management Quota vacancies according to the colleges-
1. PIMS - 16 seats
2. SRI MANAKULA VINAYAGAR - 26 seats
3. SRI VENKATESWARA - 62 seats
The Management Quota vacancy list indicates available seats in disciplines including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Radio Diagnosis, Emergency Medicine, and basic medical sciences. Separate vacancy details have also been issued for Telugu Linguistic Minority Management Quota seats, particularly at Sri Venkateswara Medical College, with significant openings in General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, and Paediatrics.
CENTAC has reiterated that candidates participating in Round 3 counselling must complete fresh registration and choice filling within the stipulated timeline.
