NEET PG Registrations start in JnK, Apply till January 15

Sirnagar: The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations has recently notified about the online registration process for NEET-PG (MD/MS/PGD) 2021 candidates belonging to the Union Territories J&K/Ladakh for preparation of the Provisional Merit List (PML).

The online registration will commence on 11th January 2022 till 15th January 2022. The registration shall be made online through the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in

BOPEE has mentioned that the NEET PG (MD/MS/PGD), 2021 candidates who have qualified the said Eligibility Entrance Test and have scored the cut-off marks as prescribed by the NBE, and whose names figure in the Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20th October 2021 and in response to Notice No. 072-BOPEE of 2021 dated 25th October 2021 can only register. Based on the Provisional Merit List (PML), the seats will be allotted to the candidates through online counselling as and when notified by the Board.

Following documents have to be uploaded by the candidates

  • Matriculation certificate for date of birth
  • MBBS degree certificate
  • Marks cards of all the years of MBBS.
  • Registration with the State/ UT Medical Council/ MC.I
  • Internship completion certificate (up to 30th September 2021).
  • Domicile certificate of candidates of UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be.
  • Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO 294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 2nd September 2019.
  • Difficult Area Certificate pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30th January 2018.
  • NEET Score Card.
  • MCI clearance certificate for candidates possessing an MBBS degree from outside the country.
  • Valid EWS certificate as per SRO 518 dated 2nd September 2019.
  • NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates seeking admission to pursue MD/MS/PGD Courses.
  • For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, an undertaking in the form of compulsory Service Board (available on BOPEE Website) shall serve in the UT of Ladakh for the prescribed period as decided by UT of Ladakh immediately after completing their MD/MS/PGD degree.
  • For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, an ST certificate shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.

BOPEE has made it clear that while doing the online registration, the candidates will have to fill up NEET Roll No as per Admit Card, NEET-PG Score Card, NEET Rank, DOB, and Category if applicable.

As per the recent notification, the cut-off date for the validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for registration fixed by the BOPEE (15th January 2022). The cut date for completion of the Internship shall be 30th September 2021.

The candidates are asked to register their particulars carefully. For the detailed registration, instructions candidates can check the e-brochure available on the BOPEE website. The Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates are directed to upload/submit their valid PWD certificate in BOPEE Office Srinagar / Jammu, physically up to 15th January 2022 (3.00 PM). The candidates who have rendered their service in Difficult Areas are hereby advised to upload their valid certificate and submit the same in BOPEE Office Srinagar / Jammu, physically up to 15th January 2022.

According to BOPEE, the e-Information Brochure and e (already uploaded during MDS registration) and the tentative Seat Matrix shall be notified separately. Both will be available on the website of the BOPEE. The candidates bearing NEET Roll No. 21660482272 & 21660048661 having NEET Score 426 & 405 respectively are allowed to participate in the counselling process on the orders of Hon"ble High Court of J&K / Ladakh. In-service candidates" who have qualified NEET-PG -2021 and fall in the zone of consideration will be considered subject to the issuance of "NOC" by the Competent Authority.
