NTRUHS Invites Online Applications For MD, MS courses 2022, Check out all admission details

Vijayawada: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has invited online applications for PG Medical courses for the academic year 2022-23.

As per the notice, online applications are invited for admissions into Post Graduate Medical courses under State Quota/Competent Authority Quota seats for the academic year 2022-23 in the colleges affiliated to Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati.

The application form is available online at . The last date to fill out the application form is 23rd August 2022 at 5:00 pm. The admission process into PG Medical courses will follow the Orders issued from time to time by NMC, New Delhi and Govt. of AP.

The candidates are advised to Printout the prospectus /instructions from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before filling out the application form. The PG Diploma course is 2 years, and the PG Degree course is 3 years.

As per the direction of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India Vide F.No.V.11011/1/2015-MEP(Pt.), dt.10/03/2017, and as per letter number 420055/C1/2016, dt.28-03-2017 of Principal Secretary to Government, HM&FW Department, Government of AP, the counselling for admission into PG courses offered by SVIMS, Tirupati shall also be conducted by Dr NTRUHS.

The date of release of the provisional merit list of the applied candidates, final merit position, exercising web options, commencement of classes, and closure of admissions will be announced later on the official website.

Eligibility -

1. Candidates should have passed the MBBS Degree examination from a recognized Medical college.

2. Candidates should have secured the cutoff scores in NEET PG–2022.

3. The candidate should have completed their internship by 31st May 2022.

Application, Registration and Processing Fee -

1. OC & BC Candidates – ₹.7,080/- (6,000/- + 1,080/- GST 18%)

(Registration fee ₹. 3,500/- + 630/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,500/- + 450/- GST 18%).

2. SC & ST Candidates – ₹.5,900/- (5,000/- + 900/- GST 18%)

(Registration fee ₹. 3,000/- + 540/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,000/- + 360/- GST 18%).

Verification Fee: In addition to the above said Registration & Processing fee -

1. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall pay Rs.3,540/- (i.e., Rs.3,000/- + 540/- GST 18%)

2. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree in Abroad/Foreign Country shall pay Rs.8,260/- (i.e., Rs.7,000/- + 1,260/- GST 18%)

Once paid, the verification fee, registration fee, and processing fee will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for admission into PG Medical courses. The application form, once submitted, cannot be withdrawn and the fee paid shall not be refunded/adjusted.

The procedure of filling online application form and payment of fee online -

1. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

2. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully regarding eligibility under local and non-local areas.

3. The Registration number, which will be sent to the registered mobile number after entering the basic details, should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be confidential and not disclosed to others.

4. The candidates should fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and upload all the scanned Original documents, including the mandatory certificates.

5. The following Certificates are required to complete the online application process. The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. The application fee has to be paid online.

The following documents have to be uploaded along with the application form for PG (Medical) courses –

1. NEET PG - 2022 – SCORECARD. (Mandatory)

2. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo). (Mandatory)

3. Provisional or Original MBBS Degree Certificate. (Mandatory)

4. MBBS study certificate. (Mandatory)

5. Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate. (Mandatory)

6. Copies of Temporary / Permanent Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council. (Mandatory)

7. If the candidate passed MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, they must submit study certificates from 6th to Intermediate / 10+2

8. For Non Local candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (who studied MBBS outside AP/TS or other countries)

9. (Period to be specified with exact month and year excluding the period of study)

10. 10 years Residence proof of AP/Telangana states issued by MRO / Tahasildar (or) Employment certificate of the parent working in AP/Telangana States

11. Caste Certificate, if applicable

12. Minority Certificate, if applicable

13. EWS certificate as per Government of AP orders (if applicable)

14. Photo Identity card having the current residential address of the candidate (Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter ID card etc.,) (Mandatory)

15. Differently abled certificate issued by the Competent Authority as specified in the Regulations in case of PwD (Person with disability) candidates.

16. Service Certificate in case of In-service candidates as in Annexure-IV A & IV B of Prospectus.

17. Local status Certificate issued by MRO of AP (candidates migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh (If Applicable)

18. Candidate's Latest passport size Photo (Mandatory)

19. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Number of seats under competent authority quota/state quota –

1. Government Medical Colleges: 50% of the total available seats are contributed to AIQ. The Remaining 50% of seats are for State Quota under Competent Authority.

2. Private Un-Aided Non-Minority Medical Colleges: 50% of the total available seats are Competent Authority Quota. The remaining 50% of seats are Management Quota.

The details of the seats available and the Seat matrix under the Competent Authority quota for the years 2022-23 will be displayed on the University website before the date of exercising web options. 48 seats are available at SVIMS & SVIMS- SPMCW, Tirupati.

Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in AP Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non-State wide courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979. Service rendered up to 31st May 2022 will be considered for consideration under Service Candidates.

The merit position of the candidates applied shall be determined based on NEET PG- 2022 Ranks and as per their eligibility. The University will release the final merit position of the candidates eligible for exercising Web options after completing the verification of data and certificates uploaded by the candidates. Candidates included in the final merit list will only be eligible for exercising web options, and the admissions counselling will be held online (web) mode only.

Scrutiny of uploaded documents/data will be conducted by the Officials of the University and other Officials from the concerned Departments. After the scrutiny of scanned documents, the provisional merit list will be released and then after final merit list will be released.

The candidates claiming reservation under the PwD category are advised to watch the University website for further notifications. They must be physically present before the Medical Board constituted by Dr NTR UHS, Vijayawada.

The candidate should produce the Printout of the filled-in online application form, Provisional verification form and all Original certificates along with One set of self-attested Copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be cancelled without any notice. The candidates are informed not to send the Printout of the application form to the University.

Candidates' admission is strictly provisional. The fact that the Merit position was issued to them does not imply that the University accepts their candidature. It does not mean that their entries in the online application are accepted as true and correct. Any in-eligible candidate present in the Merit position shall not be eligible for admission.

The last date for reporting by the selected candidates at the allotted college will be communicated in the allotment order. All the candidates, including In-service candidates joining the Post Graduate Degree and Diploma courses, should execute a bond on a stamped paper of ₹. 100/- value as prescribed in Annexure-III to the effect that they will complete the prescribed period of training or in default to pay ₹.3,00,000/- + 18% GST to the University and shall refund the amount received as stipend up to that date to the Government as notified by the University from time to time.

As per G.O.Ms.No.67, HM&FW (C1) Department, dated 21-04-2017, candidates have to pay the discontinuation penalty of ₹ 3,00,000/- + 18% GST, and they will be debarred for three years for admissions into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses at the colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Fee structure –

1. University Fee- Rs. 23,600

2. Tuition fee per annum – Rs 1,75,000

3. Library fee per annum – Rs 5,000

4. Registration fee – Rs 2,000

5. Sports & Cultural Activities fee per annum – Rs 1,000

6. Caution Deposit (Refundable) – Rs 10,000

7. Hostel Deposit (Refundable) – Rs 5,000

8. Hostel Corpus fund (Non-refundable) – Rs 5,000

At the time of reporting for admission, the candidate has to pay –

1. Rs. 23,600/- towards University fee by All India Quota candidates by way of DD & State Quota candidates have to follow Dr NTRUHS guidelines.

2. Rs.18,800/-(10% of tuition fee & other fees), which is non-refundable by way of DD.

3. Balance fees of Rs.1,69,200/- by way of another DD.

4. The demand draft (DD) shall be drawn in favour of "The Director, SVIMS, Tirupati", payable at Tirupati. The DDs shall be drawn on or after the commencement of the admission schedule.

The list of documents to be submitted at the time of admission –

1. Provisional allotment order issued by MCC, DGHS for AIQ category or Provisional Admission order issued by Dr NTRUHS for state category.

2. NEET PG - 2022 Admit card.

3. NEET PG – 2022 Rank card.

4. 10th class /SSC Marks certificate.

5. Intermediate (+2) certificate.

6. MBBS degree certificate (Provisional / Original).

7. MBBS consolidated marks memo.

8. Certificate of Internship.

9. Medical Council Registration Certificate.

10. Migration certificate of MBBS.

11. Study & Conduct certificates of MBBS.

12. Integrated permanent community certificate for SC/ST/BC categories.

13. Photocopy of Aadhar card.

14. Photocopy of PAN card.

15. Fees as mentioned under clause 3 (ii).

16. Anti Ragging affidavit signed by both student and parent (Information on affidavit on anti-ragging: website address for online submission www.amanmovement.org, to be submitted at the time of admission).

17. Any other certificate claiming the reservation under PWD/EWS (if applicable) 18. Indemnity Bond-I & II (to be submitted at the time of admission without fail).

18. Passport size photos – 03

The admissions shall be closed on the date as notified by the University as per NMC, New Delhi norms. Any vacancy arising on (or) after the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of the Supreme Court of India.
