PG Medical Admissions 2021: KNRUHS informs on web options for stray vacancy round, 253 seats available
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notification for exercising web options, seat matrix for competent quota authority and management quota for stray vacancy and list of not joined candidates after final Mop-Up round 2 for competent quota authority for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses.
Candidates whose names are there in the provisional final merit list and addendums on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options in the medical colleges affiliated with KNRUHS and NIMS, Hyderabad, till 3:00 pm today (2nd May 2022).
Eligibility criteria -
1. Candidates who have been allotted seats under the AIQ Mop-Up phase of counselling which was cancelled as per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders, and who have already discontinued from their admitted course under KNRUHS and who are not holding any seat under KNRUHS/AIQ are permitted to exercise web options as a one-time exemption to admission regulations.
2. Eligible NEET PG qualified candidates as per provisional final merit list and addendums can exercise web options in all medical colleges and NIMS in order of their interest and priority.
Non-eligibility criteria -
1. Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling for competent authority quota are not eligible.
2. Candidates who have joined the course in AIQ and whose names are on the list provided by MCC are not eligible.
3. Candidates admitted into PG Medical courses under the management quota in colleges affiliated with KNRUHS are not eligible.
4. Candidates admitted into PG courses in colleges affiliated with Dr NTRUHS are not eligible.
Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs.20600 online. Candidates who have paid the University fee in previous phases need not pay again. After the payment of this fee, candidates can download the allotment order.
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective medical colleges. The tuition fee payable shall be as notified by the Government of Telangana orders and as per relevant Hon'ble High Court orders.
Candidates, if they exercise web options for a seat and are allotted a seat as per their choice in this phase of counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, then candidates will have to pay a discontinuation fee of Rs. 20 lakhs will also be debarred for 3 years from participating in the PG admission process. The last date for free exit has been notified on the website.
One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the candidates' registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of 6 letter code with English capitals A to Z.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the admission college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per university regulations.
Selected candidates have to report to the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified in the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process.
