PG Medical Counselling Mop-up Round begins in Bihar

Bihar: Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC) has released the counselling schedule for PG Medical courses for the fresh Mop-Up round.

As per the notice the counselling schedule starts from today (4th May 2022). The process started at 10:00 am today. The next schedule will be for the unreserved category tomorrow (5th May 2022). The schedule is divided into 2 slots. The 1st slot starts from 10:00 am and 2nd slot starts from 2:00 pm.

On 6th May 2022, the schedule is for unreserved, SC, ST, EBC, BC, RCG, EWS category. There is only 1 slot of 10:00 am.

As per PGMAC, candidates who are NEET PG qualified and have submitted fresh online application till 30th April 2022 are included in the list of candidates for counselling schedule.

1. Patna Medical College, Patna.

2. Darbhanga Medical College, Darbhanga.

3. Nalanda Medical College, Patna.

4. A.N.M. Medical College, Gaya.

5. J.L.N.M.C., Bhagalpur.

6. S.K.M.C., Muzaffarpur.

7. IGIMS Medical College, Patna.

8. VIMS, Pawapuri.

9. G.M.C., Bettiah.

10. S.H. Motihari, E. Champaran.

List of private colleges for PG Medical -

1. K.M.C., Katihar.

2. Narayan Medical College & Hospital, Sasaram.

3. M.G.M.M.C., Kishanganj.

The PGMAC - ID of reserve category candidates who competed in unreserved category have been included in unreserved (UR) as well as in their respective reserved categories. The seat of reserved category will remain open during the counselling of UR category and MRC candidates present in UR merit list will have option to opt UR seat as well as their category seat. Therefore, Meritorious Reserve Category (MRC) candidates who are included in the Unreserved Category must come for counselling on the date fixed at their Unreserved Category merit serial for the option of course/institution available in the Unreserved category as well as reserve category; otherwise, the reserved category seat available at their merit serial may be opted and allotted to the candidates of lower merit for which be they could be responsible.

The candidate note that they should come prepared for staying one day extra if needed for this counselling process. The seat matrix for this round is available on the website www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and candidates are requested to check the seat matrix before they appear for the counselling process.

Inclusion of any PGMAC - ID in the above counselling process does not guarantee admission. All the candidates who have applied for this round are being called. As per PGMAC, if there are no vacant seats, the counselling of the concerned category will be postponed, and then the rest of the candidates have to return.

List of documents to be submitted -

1. Residential Certificate.

2. Caste Certificate.

3. Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

4. College leaving certificate.

5. Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate

6. MBBS Passing Certificate

7. Mark sheets of MBBS (I, II & III Parts).

8. No objection certificate from employer (if applicable).

9. Medical Registration Certificate.

10. Original Matric Certificate.

11. Admit Card of NEET(PG) - 2021.

12. Any other certificates in support of eligibility are required and mentioned in the Upgraded Revised Prospectus of PGMAC-2021 (available on the website).

13. Certificate of rendering service in Rural / Difficult areas of Bihar as Medical officer as per para-5.4 of the Upgraded Revised Prospectus of PGMAC-2021 (if applicable).

14. Rank Card of PGMAC-2021 (Fresh Mop-up Counselling)

15. Six copies of the passport size photographs of previously filled application form of PGMAC-2021.

16. Hard Copy of the filled application form (Part-A and Part-B) of PGMAC-2021.

17. The Check Slip as downloaded along with Rank Card in 2 (Two) copies and Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
