TN DNB Admissions 2024- 26 Seats Up For Grabs in Round 2

Tamil Nadu- Tamil Nadu (TN) Health has released the Round 2 tentative vacancies for Post MBBS, Diploma and 2-Year DNB Courses for the academic year 2024-25 in government medical colleges in the state.

As per the tentative vacancies, a total of 27 seats are vacant in Post MBBS, Diploma and 2-Year DNB Courses for the academic year 2024-25 in government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. Of these, a total of 17 seats are vacant across 4 DNB 2-year Diploma courses, 4 seats across 3 Post Diploma courses and 5 seats across 5 Post MBBS courses.

TN Health has also revised the timing of the choice filling and locking process for Round 2 counselling for DNB-Post Diploma and Post MBBS MBBS 2-year Diploma Courses and DNB-Broad Specialty Post Diploma Courses. Earlier, it was scheduled to end by 10 am, however, now it has been extended till 02:00 pm. Meanwhile, the remaining schedule remains the same as per the pre-scheduled timetable.

Meanwhile, candidates participating in online choice filling for the DNB course are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1000/- for the government quota. Along with this, at the time of registration, the candidate is required to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs.30,000/- for government medical colleges/institutions (no need to pay again if already paid). However, if already paid, no need to pay again.
