UP DGME extends registration deadline for round 1 NEET counselling 2026
Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has extended the registration timeline for the first round of the UP NEET UG online counselling for admission to state quota MBBS and BDS seats in government and private medical and dental colleges and universities across the state for the academic year 2026.
As per the notice issued by the UPDGME, the revised schedule has been announced in continuation of the counselling timetable released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi.
The extension gives eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates additional time to complete registration, upload documents and deposit the required registration fee and security money.
According to the revised schedule, the online registration and document upload facility will remain open from 11:00 AM today, i.e. August 13, 2026, until 2:00 PM tomorrow, i.e., August 14, 2026.
Candidates will also be able to deposit the prescribed registration fee and security money from 11:00 AM on August 13 until 5:00 PM on August 14, 2026. Below is the detailed schedule-

In continuation of the time-table issued by MCC, New Delhi, for counselling of NEET UG course, the Extended time-table of first round of online counselling registration for admission of state quota seats of UG course (MBBS/ BDS) in Government/Private Medical/Dental Colleges/Universities of the State is as follows-
