AIIMS Bhubaneswar notifies on Security Fees, Dress Code for its 4th Convocation, details

Odisha: Through a recent notice, the AIIMS Bhubaneswar had notified about the security fees that students need to pay and dress code the students need to follow during the 4th convocation.

It is hereby informed that all the students of PG Batch-2017 (July) & 2018(Jan &. July), NI BBS. (Batch 2015) B.Sc (Hons) Nursing Batch 2016, BS.c (lions) Paramedical Batch & 2017, DM/N4Ch Batch. 2017(july). 2018 (Jan & July) and PDF Batch 2020 (February & October), 2(2l (Feb & September) attend in the 4'1' Convocation to be held on 7th January-, 2023, will have to deposit a caution money-of Demand Draft of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) each towards Security Deposit of Convocation Gown on January 2023.

The caution money of Demand Draft of RS. 3,000/- will be refunded immediately on return of the Convocation Gown after the 4th convocation is over.

All the Girls and Boys students are also hereby informed to strictly follow the dress code during Convocation to receive their degrees from the Chief Guest on dais in the Auditorium, The details of the dress code are given below

For Girl Students For Boys Students
Salwar kameez/Saree Trouser and full sleeve shirt (formal) wit tie and full shoe.

(NB: Students wearing slippers, jeans, i-shirts. frock. Informal dress etc. will not be allowed insid01! the Auditorium) •
