New Delhi- NEET 2025 registration process is currently ongoing and for aspirants seeking MBBS admissions, here are the top 5 private medical colleges in India, as per the NIRF ranking 2024.

The list includes Christian Medical College, Vellore, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai, and SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.

1 CHRISTIAN MEDICAL COLLEGE

Christian Medical College is ranked 3rd among the top 50 medical colleges across India with a score of 75.11. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality and doctoral programs in over 55 departments. These courses are spread across disciplines such as medicine, nursing, dentistry and paramedical sciences. The MBBS tuition fee at this college is Rs 13,500.

2 KASTURBA MEDICAL COLLEGE

Kasturba Medical College is ranked 9th among the top 50 medical colleges across India with a score of 67.42. The institute offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and fellowship programs including MBBS, MS, MD, MSc and MPhil. The institute offers a total of 23 courses including MD, MS, BAMS and PhD with specialization in Ayurveda. With around 200 seats, it offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree programs. MBBS course at DY Patil Vidyapeeth costs around Rs 27 lakh.

4 SAVEETHA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL AND TECHNICAL SCIENCES

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences is ranked 12th among the top 50 medical colleges across India with a score of 63.72. The institute offers a wide range of medical courses including MBBS, BDS, MD and MS for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Admission is based on the performance of the students in the NEET entrance exam. The fee for MBBS course at the institute is around 1.12 crore.

5 SRM INSTITUE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

SRM Institute of Science and Technology is ranked 18th among the top 50 medical colleges across India with a score of 62.00. The total cost of admission in this college is around Rs 25 lakh.
