JIPMER cancels summer vacation 2021 for its faculty members

Puducherry: Through a recent circular, the JIPMER has informed about the Cancellation of Summer Vacation for the year 2021 for the faculty members of the institute.
In view of the worsening of the Covid-19 situation, the summer vacation of faculty members, which had already been curtailed by half, is hereby cancelled, the notice stated.
All the faculty members who have proceeded on vacation on April 16, 2021, and are in town have been requested to join back immediately. Those who are travelling are also requested to join back immediately on their return, the circular added.
The circular has been forwarded to all the Heads of Departments / Teaching Staffs and College of Nursing.
