KNRUHS issues notice on application for original degree certificate of PG Diploma

Warangal:  The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued a notification for the application of Original Degree Certificate in Advance of Medical PG Diploma Course of 2018-19 admission batch.

The Candidates of Medical PG Diploma course who are admitted to the colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, TS, Warangal during 2018-19 are eligible to apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance.

According to the notification, the Candidates should apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance through the Principal of their respective colleges.

The application should be submitted along with the following certificates (attested by the Principal):

1. Provisional Certificate.

2. Marks memo.

3. Those candidates who want to obtain their Degree Certificates as per the changed Name / changed Surname should submit an attested copy of the T.S Gazette / Proceedings of KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

4. Demand Draft for prescribed fee Should be drawn from any Nationalized bank in favor of "The Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal" payable at Warangal.

5. There is no need to enclose a self-addressed envelope either with stamps or without stamps.  All enclosures must be securely tagged to the application.

The entire process of applying for the original degree Certificate in Advance of MEDICAL PG DIPLOMA will cost a total of 6600/- which includes the degree fee of Rs 6000, processing fee of Rs 500/- and Rs 100/- as postal charges.
