KNRUHS issues notice on applications for Original Degree Certificate of Super Speciality Course, Details

Hyderabad: Through a recent notification, the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has informed about the applications for Original Degree Certificate of Super Speciality Course.

The Notification is issued for application for Original Degree Certificate in Advance of Super speciality Course of 2016-17 admission batch. The Candidates of Super Speciality course who are admitted to the colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal during 2016-17 are eligible to apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance.

FEE STRUCTURE:

1.Original Degree in Advance fee: Rs. 6000/-

2.Processing fee: Rs. 500/-

3.Postal Charges: Rs. 100/-

Total: Rs. 6600/-

The Candidates should apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance through the respective college Principals.

The application should be submitted along with the following certificates attested copies of:

1. Provisional Certificate.

2. Marks memo.

3. Those candidates who want to obtain their Degree Certificates as per the changed Name / changed Surname should submit attested copy of T.SGazette / Proceedings of KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

4. The envelope containing two Passport size photographs should be enclosed separately along with all other necessary enclosures.

5. Demand Draft for prescribed fee Should be drawn from any scheduled bank in the name of Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal payable at Warangal.

6. There is no need to enclose a self-addressed envelope either with stamps or without stamps. Note: All enclosures must be securely tagged to the application.
