Karnataka: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has announced the dissertation submission date for Post-Graduate Medical students for the November 2022 Examination.

The dates for submission of the dissertation to the University are as follows –

1. Dates for submission of Dissertation to RGUHS without fine – 11th July 2022 – 1st August 2022

2. Dates for submission of Dissertation to RGUHS with fine of Rs 1500 – 2nd August 2022 – 11th August 2022

3. Dates for submission of Dissertation to RGUHS with fine of Rs 4000 - 12th August 2022 – 22nd August 2022

RGUHS has further notified to circulate this circular to all the department heads and prominently notify on the college and hostel notice boards for information to the Postgraduate Medical students.

Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, a premier Health Science University in India, was established on 1st June 1996 in Bangalore by the Govt. of Karnataka through its enactment of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka Act 1994 to encompass all the existing health science colleges and institutions which were earlier affiliated to the conventional universities in Karnataka with a purpose of ensuring proper and systematic instruction, teaching, training, and research in modern and Indians systems of medicine.

The phenomenal increase in the number of institutions and students admitted to various courses of medical and allied health sciences warranted the need to regulate, monitor, and standardise the curricula as well as the evaluation systems. The product of medical and health science professional education was to meet the societal needs for better healthcare.

2. Dental

3. Ayurveda

4. Unani

5. Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences

6. Homeopathy

7. Pharmacy

8. Nursing

9. Physiotherapy

10. Allied Health Sciences
