RUGHS releases Theory Exam schedule For DM, MCh Courses, Check out details

On 5^th July 2022, the admission form will be issued. From 6^th July 2022 to 21^st July 2022. The candidates can pay the exam fee. After this, from 22^nd July 2022 to 29^th July 2022 with Rs 100 and from 30^th July 2022 to 5^th August 2022 with Rs 200, the candidates will have to pay the fee with a late fine.

The fee paid by the candidates will have to be transferred to the university by 22^nd July 2022. Until 30^th July 2022, the fee can be transferred with a late fee fine of Rs 100 and until 6^th August 2022 with a late fee of Rs 200. The last date for submission of filled application forms by the college to the university IS 8^th August 2022.

The candidates will have to pay the following fee-

1. Exam application fee – Rs 200

2. Marks card fee – Rs 300

3. Post Doctorate Degree (D.M / M.Ch) – Rs 4000 per paper

4. Convocation PG Degree fee – Rs 6000 (Indian, Foreign nationals)

Candidates will have to pay the convocation fee along with the examination fee. The failed candidates [repeaters] need not pay the marks card fee. The fee, once paid, cannot be refunded or readjusted under any circumstances. SC/St and category I candidates are not exempted from the payment of the exam fee. Repeaters belonging to SC/ST/Category -I of all faculties are not exempted from paying exam fees. They have to pay the fee like regular candidates as per the instructions from the Government. Change of exam centre is not permitted.

CPS has asked the Principals of Colleges to furnish the attendance of candidates up to the last working day. There is no provision for condonation of shortage of attendance by the Principal. Shortage of attendance fee should not be collected from ineligible candidates.

The exam application forms should be arranged examination-wise/ batch-wise/scheme-wise before forwarding. The statement showing the non-appearance of candidates in any subjects should be sent separately. The filled-in exam application forms properly signed and affixed with the latest stamp size photographs should reach the Registrar on or before the specified dates by insured post or courier.

The Principals of colleges should collect the fee from each candidate and send a challan for the consolidated amount in favour of the Registrar (E), draw form any branches of State Bank of Mysore along with the statement showing the details of Names of the candidates, Register Numbers, Subject appearing and fees paid etc., "In triplicate".

CPS has further notified that all payments have to be made online. The heads of the institutions are requested to send the candidates list with register numbers and other details of subjects for which they are due to appear in two sets without fail in the format enclosed.

The Principals should send separately the statement showing fee details of Provisional Degree Certificate and Convocation Fees collected from the students who are appearing for the first time in the Final Year Examination with details such as Register Number, Name of the Candidate & amount paid through the challan drawn in favour of Registrar (Evaluation), Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health sciences, Bangalore.

Candidates applying for a convocation degree certificate will have to submit the prescribed application form along with a passport size photo. The specifications of the photograph are given in the notice attached below.
