WBUHS Extends Date Of Online Registration For PhD Scholars For Admission Batch 2022

West Bengal: The West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) extended the date of online registration for the PhD scholars for admission batch 2022 for another 3 months, i.e., from 1st December 2022 to 28th February 2023.

All eligible PhD candidates are instructed to complete their online registration procedure during the period mentioned above. Approval from the Head of the Institution must be required for online registration.

Steps to register –

1. Registration at the https://charakawbuhs.ac.in/home/loginUi?t=3.

2. After Registration, Charaka Portal Login by Clicking Existing Student Login. Give User Email and Password.

3. After Successfully Login, Enter Profile Details.

4. Enter Personal And Qualification Details.

5. Upload the IEC, CV of Guides, NOC, and Signatures of Guides and HOI.

6. Enter Research Proposal - Biographical Data Of Applicants, Particulars Of Supervisor / Co-Supervisor, General Information Of Proposed PhD Research Center, Details Of Research Project, Declaration/Certification, Fill and Checklist Of Documents To Be Submitted. With The Research Proposal

The PhD in Health Sciences under WBUHS is generally a research-based program to be completed within six years. This is based on original research conducted by PhD scholars and requires peer-reviewed publications during research. The program is available in both full-time & part-time options, which may be completed within 3 to 6 years.

The West Bengal University of Health Sciences came into existence on 1st January. From 2003 the University took up the responsibility of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Post-doctoral courses, including the Ph. D program in Modern System of Medicine, Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Ayurvedic System of Medicine, Unani System of Medicine, Nursing Education, Pharmacy Education, Dental Education, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, and Education on other paramedical courses like Occupational Therapy and Prosthetics-Orthotics in the state of West Bengal.

Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that The West Bengal Main Computerized Counselling (WBMCC) announced the tentative counseling schedule for UG AYUSH admission. The counseling schedule for round 1 began on 25th November 2022. The schedule will end on 8th December 2022, the last date to join round 1 candidates. From 9th December 2022, round 2 will begin. The schedule will end on 21st December 2022, which is the later date to join round 2 candidates.
