MUHS Summer Internship Program to have higher intake capacity this year
Maharashtra: Summer Internship Program (SIP 2023) to be conducted for candidates up to 3rd year ongoing who are currently admitted to undergraduate Health Science Curriculum in a college affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS). This year the SIP will conducted on a large scale.
According to MUHS, the 1st internship program, organized last year, was a huge success. The university got good feedback from the students and the institutes that had participated the previous year. So this year decision was made to scale up the intake capacity.
Media report from TOI suggest that this year's intake capacity will be 575 compared to last year's 146. The number of institutes where students will take up the internship has increased to 63 from 17.
Recently MUHS announced the detailed schedule for the centralized online admission process. Scrutiny of the applications form will be done on 19.05.2023. The general list of the candidates will be published on 23.05.2023. Date for submission of a discrepancy, if any, by email on ieh@muhs.ac.in. It can be done by 24.05.2023. The general merit list will be published on 25.05.2023. The students can raise objections/suggestions, if any, till 26.05.2023. The final general merit list will be published on 30.05.2023.
