New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a detailed notice regarding the distribution of Pass Certificates for the FMGE Screening Test December 2025 session.
The FMGE examination was conducted on January 17, 2026, and candidates who qualified in the exam will receive their certificates strictly through an in-person process.
As per the official notice, the FMGE Pass Certificates will be issued only at the NBEMS office. The distribution will take place from February 23, 2026, to April 14, 2026, according to the individual schedule mentioned on each candidate’s Entry Slip.
Qualified and eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for the collection of their Pass certificate. They shall be required to bring the documents in original as prescribed in the Information Bulletin. Candidates will be required to bring the printout of the “Entry Slip” to seek entry at the NBEMS office.
The self-declaration included in the Entry Slip must be thoroughly read, understood and filled in by the candidate in advance before coming to collect the FMGE Pass Certificate. The pass certificate shall not be released unless the self-declaration is submitted.
The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on production of prescribed documents in original and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID. However, the Pass Certificates shall not be issued to any authorised representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
Meanwhile, qualified candidates of the FMGE December 2025 session who fail to collect their Pass Certificates as per the assigned schedule may collect the same within six months from the date of result declaration, i.e. on or before 29th July 2026. Failing this, their candidature and result for FMGE December 2025 shall be deemed cancelled, and no further opportunity shall be granted. No separate notification shall be published by NBEMS regarding the cancellation of candidature for those who fail to collect their certificate within the prescribed time.
