BSc Nursing: AIIMS Nagpur Begins Reporting Process for round 1, Check List Of Documents required

Nagpur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Nagpur) has begun the reporting process for BSc (Hon) Nursing round 1 July 2023 session.

The candidates can report till 12.8.2023. The reporting time for the candidates will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

All students B.Sc (Hons) Nursing who have exercised Option A (Accept the allotted seat) should get a DD of Rs. 3165 in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur," payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.

Documents to be brought (Originals & one set of self-attested Xerox) -

1. Offer Letter

2. Seat allocation letter

3. Final Registration Slip

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS

5. 10th Passing/ Birth Certificate showing his Date of Birth.

6. Certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board

7. Marksheet of the qualifying examination, i.e., 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination in proof of having secured 50% or more marks (45% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

8. 12th Pass Migration Certificate.

The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable -

SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.

OBC/EWS certificate issued by the competent authority for central Govt. Jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus.

The issuing date of the OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate should be as follows –

1. OBC (NCL) - 04.06.2022 to 12.06.2023 (Both Dates Inclusive)

2. EWS - 01.04.2023 to 12.06.2023 (Both Dates Inclusive)

Person with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

Regarding medical examination -

Candidates who have retained a seat at AIIMS Nagpur will have to undergo a medical examination on a subsequent day by the medical board at AIIMS Nagpur.

Travel as accommodation

Candidates have to arrange their own transport and accommodation while reporting to AIIMS, Nagpur. Guest house facility can be made available -

Procedure for availing Guest House facility at AIIMS Nagpur for newly joining B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing students during counseling -

1. Write an application in hard copy or by email to pa.director@aiimsnagpur.edu.in to seek approval for room allotment from The Director, AIIMS, Nagpur.

2. After approval, the letter will be forwarded to the Guest house in charge.

3. The student will be allotted a room after approval.

4. At check-in time, they need to pay room rent as below -

a) Single room Rs 900/- per day

b) Suite room Rs 1300/- per day

5. Manager Mr. Chouhan will guide all B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing students.

Regarding hostel accommodation -

Hostel accommodation is available, and students will be admitted at the time of the Second Round of counseling.
