PGIMER informs on allotment of seats to Foreign National Candidates for MD, MS course July 2020
Chandigarh: Through a recent notice, the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh (PGIMER) has informed regarding the allotment of MD, MS seats to foreign national candidates in this July 2020 session.
The applicants of MD/MS course (July-2020 session) applied under FOREIGN NATIONAL CATEGORY and qualified the entrance exam held on 14.06.2020 are hereby informed that the seat allotment to all the eligible candidates under the said category will be done in the SPOT counselling round scheduled to be held on 31st July, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bhargava Auditorium, PGIMER. Candidates are thus required to appear in the counselling as per the schedule mentioned above. The personal appearance of the applicant is mandatory. Seats will be allotted strictly to those candidates whose No Objection Certificate (NOC) has received to the office of undersigned through Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
The candidates to whom the seats will be allotted are required to submit their joining on the same day immediately after counselling i.e. on 31.07.2020 and are therefore required to bring their rank letter, admit card and all other original certificates/testimonials. No extra time for joining will be given to the candidates under any circumstances. Their admission is subject to verification of original documents and fulfilment of eligibility criteria of admission to the course.
The previous allotment of seats vide notice dated 25.07.2020 may be considered null and void.
