17 swine flu cases reported in Jaipur, leptospirosis affects 10 districts in Rajasthan

Jaipur: In response to reported cases of swine flu and leptospirosis across the state, Rajasthan Health officials are conducting state-level meetings.
According to a Rajasthan Health Department official, there are 17 active cases of swine flu in Jaipur and 21 in Sriganganagar. He said that the cases were mild and there was no requirement for hospitalisation.
Dr Ravi Prakash Mathur, Director of the Rajasthan Health Department said, "424 samples were taken yesterday, of which only 7 tested positive. All these 7 cases are mild and are being managed at home. We keep conducting state-level meetings. There are 17 active cases in Jaipur and 21 in Sriganganagar", reports news agency ANI.
