In a related move, three other government doctors have been issued show-cause notices for laxity in duty. A doctor at the Kishni community health centre in Mainpuri was found absent without permission, while two other doctors from Prayagraj and Mathura were pulled up for negligence in treating patients.
Principal Secretary of Medical and Health, Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma, issued the termination orders on Friday at the direction of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, who is also the state’s medical education and health minister, reports HT.
