The thieves went to the clinic pretending to be patients, and they jumped into action when all the other patients at the clinic had left. They pointed a gun at the helper in the clinic and took out the entire cash. After that, they threatened the doctor with the gun and asked her to remove the jewellery she was wearing.

The duo subsequently fled the spot, following which the medical practitioner, Dr Esha Dhawan lodged a complaint at the police station. The police registered a case based on the complaint and are currently investigating the issue, reports Tribune India

The incident was reportedly caught on a CCTV camera. According to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Varinder Singh Khosa, the police have some important clues regarding the case and are hoping to solve the case as soon as possible.
