Doctor alleges sexual abuse by colleagues, FIR against 2

Jaipur: Based on a complaint of a 27-year-old doctor, an FIR has been filed against two of her colleagues who allegedly thrashed and sexually harassed her on Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old victim doctor moved a case of sexual harassment at Pratap Nagar police station against two of her colleagues, another doctor and a female staffer.

The woman doctor further alleged that the two persons named in the FIR forced her to consume liquor and held her against her will so she could not leave.

Based on the complaint, an FIR has been filed under Sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC.

Commenting on the matter, cops told TOI that the investigation into the case is underway and they will quiz the two accused named in FIR.
