Ballia: A doctor in Maniar Sadar Bazaar area was booked on charges of culpable homicide on Wednesday after a 12-year-old boy he allegedly treated died. The boy's family filed a complaint, accusing the doctor of medical negligence.
A doctor was arrested here on Wednesday over the death of a 12-year-old boy after being administered an injection to treat a cold, police said.
According to the PTI report, Dr Feroz was arrested from the Maniar area and charged with culpable homicide based on a complaint filed by the boy’s mother, Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer said.
