New Delhi: A public warning has been issued by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, cautioning job seekers against fake and unauthorised recruitment advertisements being circulated in the institute’s name.

The institute stated that contractual staff is engaged only through authorised outsourcing agencies selected via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, strictly following approved tender procedures. It categorically said that it does not authorise any individual, agent, or private agency to collect application forms, fees, demand drafts, or personal documents from job seekers.

Speaking to Amar Ujala, Dr. Reema Dada, head of the AIIMS media cell, stated that the advertisement circulated is completely fraudulent and untrue. AIIMS does not authorize any individual, agent, or private agency to collect applications, fees, demand drafts, or personal documents in the name of recruitment. Anyone soliciting fees or promising appointments in the name of AIIMS is a complete fraud.

AIIMS also flagged Narayana Health Solutions for allegedly circulating fake tender documents and forms through WhatsApp, falsely claiming to represent the institute, and said legal action would follow, reports Millenium Post.

It has also urged the public not to fall prey to such false advertisements, stating that the institute will not be responsible for any loss or harm suffered due to fraudulent recruitment claims.
