During the Question Hour in the assembly, Reddy also stated that the health department is developing a website to allow non-resident Telangana doctors to register to volunteer their services to hospitals in the state when they visit home.
The CM told the House, "A new Osmania hospital is being constructed in Goshamahal (in Hyderabad) on 30 acres with a cost of Rs 3000 crores. Work on the TIMS ( Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences) hospitals is being accelerated. Additionally, 10,000 beds will be made available for patients. We are correcting the mistakes made in the past ( during the BRS regime)."
