Patna: The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Patna Zonal Office, has filed a supplementary chargesheet against the proprietor of Balajee Enterprises and others in connection with the alleged procurement of medicines and other items to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) at inflated prices and in excessive quantities during the financial years 2008-09 and 2009-10.
The prosecution complaint has been filed under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, in continuation of the prosecution complaint filed on April 28, 2022.
